Bloated goat help!

Greetings to everyone!
About six months ago, I noticed this spot appearing on my foot near the ankle—it’s round, brownish, and quite hard to the touch. I honestly have no clue what it actually is or how I should even go about treating it. To be truthful, I've been avoiding seeing a doctor because I really hate the idea of paying those high medical bills, but it's started bothering me lately just because of how unsightly it looks. It's located on the outer side of my foot, right above the second toe. If anyone happens to know what this might be, I would be incredibly grateful for any help you could provide. All I know for sure is that it isn't some minor skin irritation.

It could be a tumor. If you get it taken out sooner rather than later, you won't have any lasting issues. So, seriously, don't wait.
