Cartridge is installed, but not detected

Hey there.

My printer's an HP Deskjet 930 C.
I'm using Inksupply ink.
The ink was working perfectly fine until just a couple days ago. I've still got plenty left in the tanks.

But here's the thing.

Out of nowhere, the printer won't even recognize the cartridges. If I pop in my old HP's, it sees them, but obviously says they're empty. But with these ones—suddenly—it acts like they aren't even there. Even when I try mixing an Inksupply cartridge with an HP one, it still treats them like they don't exist.

I know printers can be total nightmares depending on the model... but... anyone got any ideas? 🤣

Why don't you just call the ink supplier and let them fix it.

Basically, every ink vendor wants you buying exclusively from them.

So, if they're trying to pull that kind of move, it's worth letting other customers know.

Right???
