So here’s what happened—I’m trying to sell my uncle's house and land through Craigslist, and honestly, I didn't even have a single person interested until yesterday. Then I get this email:

It is still for sale, the final price will be discussed when you arrive and see the house and yard, which means that it is not a fixed price
And his response to me:
