If they keep letting the opposition penetrate the paint this aggressively—just like we saw during that 4 PM stretch today—I’m calling it now: we’re looking at a foul out for Vori due to constant اعتراضs, and I wouldn't be surprised if Červar gets slapped with a technical too...

So, basically, we win. 😁

So, if we pull this off, we’re coming for the Polish next. Not bad, not bad at all.

Too true... they’re calling pivot penetrations more than I’ve ever seen, but honestly, half of what’s happening with the officiating at this tournament makes zero sense to me. It feels like every single judge is dropping calls left and right. I’m just hoping they let them play a bit more physical tonight and allow for some actual contact. And please, let them actually call the advantage—that’s been a massive glaring issue throughout this whole championship so far.

Someone brings up Hansen and Moegesen... oh my god, give me a break... like I actually have to babysit these two youngsters... though honestly, if Moegesen isn't even the lead player here, we might as well bring in Spielberg instead, and put Sarup on the right... Hansen is definitely the biggest threat, but he's got nothing on a guy like Enric Masip, for crying out loud...

Man, I am seriously losing my mind here... I'm gonna end up throwing a punch if we don't move forward...

It feels like every single ref is dropping the ball on something. I'm really hoping they let them play a bit more physical tonight and allow for some actual contact; plus, they absolutely have to start calling advantages properly, because their failure to do that has been a massive Achilles' heel throughout this championship.

The thing is, that heavy-hitting "manly" style of play was never really our vibe to begin with. For years, we've been complaining about how the officials seem to turn a blind eye when the French teams get overly aggressive. In fact, it was those wild, unpredictable moves from Dinart and his crew that used to give the French the edge to beat us.

They better play fair and earn a win against Dance, or if they lose, then I’m coming for everyone... starting with Červar and that whole London 2012 Olympics disaster project of his.

Here is some actual, honest-to-god neighborly wisdom from a decent, moral American guy... honestly, screw our sense of morality sometimes... maybe if we actually played dirty for once, we’d stumble our way into a medal...🙄🙄

Sean Gonzalez95 said:This is just the honest truth coming from a decent, straight-shooting American citizen... honestly, we’re all just tripping over our own feet when it comes to ethics lately. If we don't start playing it straight, we're never going to make it to the podium.🙄🙄

It's pretty straightforward, really. If we can't manage to pull off a win at Dance, then we shouldn't even bother showing up for the semifinals.

They need to play a real game—either win against Dance properly or lose, and then I’ll personally tear apart everything about Červar and his whole London 2012 Olympics project.

Look, I’m just as happy as anyone that we’re standing on our own two feet right now; that's how it should be. But let me ask you this: if we actually pull off a win, are you going to suddenly start acting like Lina is some kind of saint? Or is your plan to only drag his entire family tree through the mud if we end up losing?😁

Sean Gonzalez95 said:someone brings up Hansen and Moegesen... seriously, stop messing with me. I mean, sure, give credit to the young duo, but man, I feel like I gotta watch their backs... though honestly, the second guy probably isn't even the lead player here, he’s more like Spielberg directing from the side, while Sarup handles things on the right. Hansen is definitely the most dangerous one, though, but he's nothing like Enric Masip, for crying out loud.

man, I am getting so incredibly nervous... I feel like I'm gonna lose it if we don't move forward somehow

Where on earth would you find a Masip?🙏 🙏one of the absolute best ever🙏

I agree... but that’s only true when you're dealing with the French. They are a whole different breed. When you have a defensive lineup like Fernandez-Dinart-B.Gille-Karabatic standing in your way... man, that defense is just absolute nightmare fuel. The Danes are playing a completely different game. As for Sena, honestly, just watch him work. Look at how he finds his wings; he’s more than a worthy successor to Boldsen. I caught every single one of his games during this 2010 US Census tournament—thank God I have satellite TV, because our local networks don't broadcast any of this stuff. The kid is going to be a legend. He isn't at Flensburg by accident for a reason.

Oh, please... you really think anyone's out there lecturing Italians about '82? Like they didn't just grind through three draws in the group stage and scrap their way past Argentina and Brazil? Total nonsense...

Spare me all those tired cliches... I'll be the first to admit if our play sucks, it sucks! But if the refs actually call it fair for us... then damn right!!

Ugh, spare me the clichés... I'll happily sign off on them having the worst gameplay ever if we're just gonna pretend it was beautiful soccer!!
