Why was my previous post deleted? I was literally just explaining how I cleared up my acne without using a single topical product—just by managing my hormones through sexual abstinence. Seriously? Now I’m hoping this one doesn't get nuked too, because I actually wanted to start a discussion here. Does anyone actually have any insight into the link between hormone levels and breakouts? Do yourselves a favor and do a quick Google search on the connection between prolactin and acne, or even just general hormonal imbalances and skin issues...

This is absolutely wonderful!
Did you actually manage to clear up your acne just by practicing complete sexual abstinence?
I honestly believe many parents would be thrilled if they could tackle both the issue of responsible sexual behavior and their children's skin concerns with one single solution.

Just one month of abstinence 😁

Once your hormone levels stabilize and the acne clears up, you can go back to your old routine—but you have to be smart about it. Avoid daily sex or masturbation; aim for maybe two or three times a week at most. That’s how you prevent those massive hormonal spikes—that absolute circus happening inside your body... I can't guarantee this will cure everyone, obviously, but I was a nightmare case myself and managed to clear my skin just by regulating my hormones. Honestly, what do these dermatologists even do? They just sell people on useless products when the solution is actually this simple.

Once your hormone levels stabilize and the acne finally clears up, you can go back to your old lifestyle—as long as you strictly limit sex or masturbation to maybe two or three times a week at most. That’s how you prevent those massive hormonal rollercoasters from wrecking your system. I can't promise this works for everyone, but I was a nightmare case myself, and I managed to clear my skin just by regulating my internal chemistry. Most dermatologists and their expensive prescriptions are just selling people a lie when the solution is actually this straightforward.

Sure, why don't you cite a peer-reviewed study? Who knows, you might solve a global crisis and snag a Nobel Prize on your first try.😉

No way, I am absolutely loving this idea!!!!!!!
Hey, look, everyone’s entitled to their own take, including you—and honestly, so am I!
Trust me on this one, it’s got nothing to do with abstinence. If anything, it’s the opposite—no sex, no clear skin.
Anyway, thanks for the post. It actually gave me a good laugh, totally in good spirits.

I picked this tip up from someone who dealt with the exact same acne struggles—and actually cleared them up using this method. It worked for them, it worked for me, and frankly, I’m done trying to prove anything to anyone... This is primarily for those of you battling breakouts: just give it two weeks. You should see an improvement, and since it costs you absolutely nothing, the results will be your proof. 😉
As for all you skeptics out there—ask yourselves why the internet isn't flooded with scientific studies on this. Ask yourselves why a simple solution hasn't been "discovered" yet, leaving everyone else to bleed money on endless drugstore products... Think whatever you want, but the truth will eventually reveal itself to those willing to actually try this method. 🙂
Michael Sanders54, in a way, I believe you because of how certain you sound—but let's be real, you probably don't even deal with acne. You likely have an active sex life, and while I agree with your point—sex means no clean face 🙂—don't miss my point about hormonal imbalances being the root cause. Of course, someone who abstains for a long time is going to have hormonal shifts too, but get this: hormonal imbalance doesn't affect everyone the same way. Some people get acne, some don't. This advice is specifically for those struggling with breakouts: check your hormone levels, get them back to baseline if they're off, and you'll see the improvement automatically.

Your first thread got pulled because you were talking nonsense and used an inappropriate title. It looked like nothing more than blatant trolling and spamming.

This thread is headed for the exact same fate. If you really want to start a new one, I suggest you head over to Alternative. Staying here will just result in you getting a little bit of annual...
