Best acne creams?

Hey there,
I was wondering if anyone knows of a specific cream out there that can actually "dry out" a breakout so it disappears faster?
Basically, once a spot shows up,
about a day or two later, I start getting this yellowish fluid oozing out that eventually just hardens over😁

So, does anyone have a recommendation for a product that can help draw that stuff out or dry it up quickly?
