Just adding my two cents to this thread... regarding that one thing I mentioned before. It’s definitely not something anyone would want to go through.
Look, I don't know who it affects, but I ended up getting a warning. It wasn't from rowdyhawk10, though.
So, regarding the Uranium. Look, I get it. But honestly, my previous post was just taken out of context and used by rowdyhawk10 to... well, you know.
hate speech directed at Muslims 😕...with some pretty terrible accusations leveled against...
Me, and his little comment about how all this "hate" I’m getting is somehow my own fault. Like I only received "just, just, just..." because of it.
Yellow card. 🤦 Is it hate speech if I say that I find it absolutely nauseating when someone...
Who actually does this? Who leaves a mess in the bathroom like that? Honestly, I can't wrap my head around it. It doesn't matter who it is—if someone's doing it, they're just being inconsiderate.
Regardless of what someone believes or doesn't believe, I’d say the same thing: that...
cultivate. But then again, that moderator...
It’s my expression.
To cultivate. He used them to pull off some serious setups and twists, but which ones?
It’s like they think this should only apply to Muslims. I mean, what can I even say to that?
Then comes the ranting. The constant smear campaigns. Everyone gets labeled a fool or a fanatic just for having an opinion.
To the sick, the hypocrites, and those like them. After spending most of his time...
I'm getting hit with a red card in the off-topic and spam section just because I decided to reply.
Sorry if this is off-topic. I’m just asking him here on this thread—why did he delete my post?
I just got slapped with a one-day ban right out of nowhere. They even gave me a reason, too.
On the topic of condemnation.
The moderator. Look, I messed up. Honestly, I didn't mean to call anyone out or try to play police officer here. That wasn't my intention at all.
So, I have a question. Of course, I asked this in the wrong spot—I should have gone to the Book of Complaints instead. But anyway...
They could have just deleted it like any other off-topic post. A one-day ban feels a bit much, honestly. 🤦
Then he just keeps going off on tangents, stirring the pot and looking for more trouble with everything he says.
Well, I guess you finally showed your true colors. Just sitting here, recounting the whole Satori thing—her version and mine.
He’s really making a case for his own arrangement. 🙄 Someone under the handle satori put out a warning that...
I’m about 90% sure I was just being offensive for the sake of it, and honestly, I ended up exposing myself in the process. So, rowdyhawk10 is starting up again with the mockery, calling people out, and picking apart everyone on the forum.
The insults... yeah, they were all there. Of course, everything was wiped clean once the moderators "cleaned up" the thread, but still.
(visible to administrators and supermoderators). Speaking of my supposed "tolerance"...
Calling other people on this forum names—calling them idiots or mentally ill... it's just not right. It feels unnecessary. I don't really get why people feel the need to lash out like that. It’s better if we just keep things civil.

When you look at those extremists and terrorists—the very people we’re all raising our voices against—they represent such a tiny fraction of the population. We're talking about less than one percent of the Muslim community, which consists of over a billion people worldwide. Standing against them is the other 99%... just regular, decent people who want peace and happiness for everyone. I think we've made that pretty clear right here on this forum, too. We've done our part to distance ourselves from the fools.
And while we’re on the subject, look at what’s happening right now, as we sit here typing this. Look at how fellow Christians in Iraq are being treated. You see them singing their hymns in what they call "Jesus' ecstasy"... but it's tragic. And I'm not just talking about the group of fanatics in that link—though we have plenty of those types right here on this forum, too—it’s the entire American machine. All these allied nations, acting under the pretense of a fake "war on terror" and searching for "Saddam's secret weapons," have been mobilized to launch an aggression against Iraq under this supposed "holy mission." At the top of that machine sits Bush and his inner circle. They all come from the same church. Even Adolf Hitler—based on his own documented words—claimed to be a devout Catholic. I mean, isn't even the symbol of Nazism shaped like a cross? Then you have Italy, which was essentially the cradle of fascism. For decades, European countries were colonizing Africa and Asia, and honestly, they still act that way. They carried out genocides across almost every continent. You only have to mention the Maya and Aztec civilizations, or what was done to the people of Latin America, to see it. Truly, there really isn't any other religion in human history where the followers have spilled as much blood, committed as much genocide, or caused as much violence as Christianity has. Even if you took every other religion in the world and put them on one side of a scale, and put Christianity on the other, the sheer scale of the crimes committed by its followers throughout history would still outweigh them all. It’s not just about what is written in the Bible; it’s about how people actually behave. So, honestly, it might be better to just stay quiet. You are the very last people who should be criticizing anyone else.

It’s probably not our fault as Muslims that you guys aren't building churches, or that you aren't building enough of them. Even the ones you do have in places like Switzerland or Sweden... they sit empty seven days a week, except for Sunday mass. Muslims love their faith and stay dedicated to it. So, wherever there are thousands of us, we feel the need for a place of worship, and we build one. What's wrong with that? I think the reason you're building fewer churches is because you're gradually walking away from your faith... more and more... because eventually, you realize you don't really love it, or maybe you don't even need it. Going to church on Sunday has become more about tradition and habit than actual spirituality or devotion. More and more Christians see where this is heading and look for alternatives... Meanwhile, the word of Islam is alive, and the mosques are full, because we believe in God not out of custom or fashion, but because that's just what faith is. You shouldn't envy us for that; if anything, you should be critiquing yourselves more than ever. We won't trip you up; we'll just encourage you.

That's why there was a referendum in Switzerland. It's democracy—you shouldn't get angry about it, right? You should cultivate it.
Oh, here comes our Christian sister in a new light... greeting us so warmly in the tea house.

So, should Switzerland start following their backward standards now?
Actually, they finally started... albeit with a small step.
Look. That isn't the point here. We are talking about civilizational achievements, and the topic is Switzerland and the recent referendum. The original post on the first page makes that clear. And we don't want this thread to shift in that direction (because we already have a thread for that).
And you don't need to keep repeating the same sentence; I think I've seen it at least five or ten times in this thread. Okay?

Bravo, bravo, bravo, bravo, bravo, bravo, bravo, bravo, bravo, bravo, bravo, bravo, bravo, bravo!
That little side comment about being a "Christian sister in a new light" says everything. I don't think I was
addressing you specifically, or any Muslim believer anywhere, including on this forum. So
I don't accept your "style" of conversation because I find it disgusting.
Yes, what's the problem? I offered a greeting and I will continue to do so, and just because I disagree
with the attacks by uncivilized people in major cities across Europe and the world, that is my right to an opinion.
Just like yours. But unlike yours, I don't disparage Islamic holy sites the way you do Catholic ones. So you've gone a bit too far, at least regarding me.
Besides, your previous posts say quite enough about the rage bubbling inside you.
What's the issue with me agreeing with the decisions made by the Swiss? It's their country
and they have every right to decide via referendum, just as they did. So what?
Are you going to try to lecture me on how to behave and how I call people out??? For what? And besides,
using the plural "we." Speak for yourself, because you're writing for yourself. You aren't a representative of a peaceful Islam,
at least that's not how I perceive you based on these posts. No matter how hard you try, you can't hide it,
your accusations against Catholics keep surfacing. And I am well aware of the insinuations
you use, so as far as I'm concerned, you can just keep on clapping. 👋 Halal. 😁
P.S. It would be more than helpful if you could tighten up your posts a bit, especially since you claim to be a believer.
If you can't see it for yourself, just take your notes to one of your spiritual leaders. Let them walk you through it.
What’s right and what isn’t... it's complicated. Honestly, you're just stirring up religious tension here, whether you want to admit that to yourself or not.
I’m not exactly seeing faith in what they do. If anything, I see the exact opposite—and honestly, more often than not, too. It's pretty disheartening.
It’s not really about "freedom of speech" anymore.

Malevar... look, I’m sorry about that. I wasn't actually aiming that at you—it was directed at her. Honestly, if you read through her posts, they're just so full of hate. I just wanted to give her a bit of a reality check to make her stop and think. In medicine, there's this concept of a shock to the system to jumpstart healing. Sometimes a doctor has to be blunt with a patient to get through to them. So, please, don't take it personally. And just so you know—to answer your original question—I'm speaking to you from the heart here. They're trying to intimidate "us" because their whole goal is to drive a wedge between us. They see how much you crave the truth, and they'll do anything to make sure you don't like us. But believe me, all their efforts are just a waste of time. Best.

That whole "Christian sister in a new light" thing says enough on its own. Honestly, I don't think I even need to say more.
You haven't reached out to me, and you certainly haven't spoken to a single Muslim anywhere—not even on this forum. So, I'm rejecting your "dialogue model." It’s honestly pretty disgusting.
Did you ever actually reach out to me or the Muslim community to explain why you're backing this essentially illegal, violent referendum and its disgraceful outcome? Because now, in Switzerland, it isn't just about banning minarets for those "uncultured people" you mentioned—it’s effectively targeting all Muslims. Even the ordinary people you claim to "greet" with respect. It looks like you’ve finally abandoned everything you stood for. All that talk about a culture of dialogue and mutual respect... it's all just gone down the drain.
As for me, looking at things from the Christian side, I’m not disputing anything that is genuinely good or worthwhile.

Look, if I disagree with the outbursts from people lacking any sense of decency in major cities across America and around the world, that’s just my right to an opinion.
No, that’s not it. It isn't about banning minarets because of some perceived lack of culture. It’s about Muslims, period. Just... fundamentally. If you know what I mean. And honestly, the way you’re mocking this just gives you away. It really casts a shadow over those 2,800+ posts you've put on this forum. Believe me, you didn't even have to go that far.

So, what’s the big deal? I said my prayers, and I’m going to keep saying them. Simple as that.
That’s all well and good, but if you aren't being sincere, eventually it shows. Just like it finally did with you. That last post gave you away. We might accept your greetings—we might even invite you out to dance!—but we won't be left with the bitter taste of a hypocritical greeting just because you chose to say it. When we offer a greeting, it comes from a place of genuine love. If we don't say it, then something simply isn't right.

Who actually proved that? And honestly, which idiots were they that you finally managed to get rid of and distance yourselves from?
Who actually got rid of them and pushed them away?

We have people acting exactly like that right here on this forum, too. Quite a few, actually.
,
Who exactly are these "people"... you know, this "crowd of idiots" from the link... both on that site and right here on our own forum? What's the deal?
Are you even listening to yourself, man? You’re out here calling people idiots—by what right, exactly? Seriously.
Is someone actually moderating you with statements like that??? And then there are those remarks—"completely,
totally, absolutely... if you understand what those words mean"—directed right at me (I wasn't quoting, but they were in the previous
post). What kind of conversation level is that? In my book, that’s an automatic red card with at least 35 penalty points.
Honestly, you should just stay quiet because you're the LAST person who should be criticizing anyone else..
.
Quiet before whom? Before you, making comments like that??? Your posts are
nothing but pure criticism, disparaging Catholicism and spreading hate. So
it would be wise if you took a moment to think about that.

Did you ever actually address me or the Muslims because you support this essentially illegal and violent referendum and its shameful result? Because now in Switzerland, it isn't just "uncultured people" (as you put it) being banned from building minarets, but ALL MUSLIMS. Even the ordinary ones you "greet with a selam." So you've finally shown your true colors. All your talk of dialogue and respect... it's all falling apart.
As for me, on the other side, I don't dispute anything within Christianity that is truly good and worthy.
Regarding the "uncultured people," read my exchanges with Sofiapolis; that's what I mean when I say "uncultured." OK? And please, keep those angry outbursts of yours—the ones where you just want to pick fights and divide people—to yourself. It’s all falling apart, just like your supposed culture of dialogue and respect, which was visible in these posts and previous ones. A wolf changes its coat, but never its nature.
It's more than enough that you dispute and disparage the Cross, which is the greatest truth, even equating it to Nazi imagery in your last post. It's shameful.
Quote:
No, no. Minarets aren't banned for "uncultured people," they are banned for Muslims IN GENERAL, COMPLETELY, TOTALLY, ABSOLUTELY... if you know what those words mean. And your gloating (above) gives you away. It casts a shadow over your 2,800+ posts on this forum. And believe me, you didn't even need to write that.
The "shadow" belongs to you, so it won't stain my heart or my 2,800 posts, which
you probably envy. That's why you wrote that sentence about whether I should or shouldn't
have said something. From the very beginning, you've had it out for me, starting from my first entry
in the PDF.
Quote:
That's nice, but if it isn't sincere, you'll eventually be exposed. Just as you finally have been. That post above revealed you. And we might accept your "selams" (maybe, we might even invite you to dance!)—but the bitterness of a hypocritical greeting doesn't stay in our mouths because you're the one who uttered it. When we say selam, it comes from sincere love. If we omit it, it means something is wrong.
Man, I have nothing to "reveal." I am who I am, and I write how I write.
I'm not acting, unlike how you are acting toward me here and before. And write for yourself, not
in the plural. When you give me a selam, it isn't a real selam, capisci? Because you don't have sincere
love for me; as for others, I don't know. It's just hypocrisy. Because in many
instances, you omitted it in our correspondence, which I pointed out to you.
So something really is wrong, but with you. I responded to you out of politeness anyway,
reminding you that I shouldn't have, since you didn't offer a selam, and the rules of etiquette forbid responding
to someone who doesn't offer one. Properly speaking.
But I did it anyway. And you see why. It's wonderful how you accuse me like this, so sincerely, just like
your true opinion of me. I grant you halaal and send you my selam.
Edit: rowdyhawk10, why was my post deleted and why did you give me a red card? Why is this being hidden?
Besides, I'm not gloating; I have a right to my opinion, and this is just an unfair provocation on your part.
I'll feel sorry for you because you've exposed yourself.

You really showed your true colors after all.
Look, you're already in off-topic territory, so let's not clutter this thread any further. Honestly, the way you were gloating over those referendum results was just unfair and unkind, but whatever. Let's just move on. Let's give everyone else a chance to weigh in.

You spend about 90% of your time in off-topic threads, insulting people and acting like a know-it-all.
It's just that you act so arrogant because of your moderator status, deleting everything that doesn't suit you...
And then, while being super condescending and clearing out off-topic posts, you keep doing the same thing with this attitude of "I can do whatever I want because I'm a moderator."
Dear rowdyhawk10, you're actually the one who showed his true colors... I say that with a heavy heart.

Okay, so now you're upset because I deleted your off-topic post (the one where you claimed to prefer atheism because "believers are full of hate") and later when Peter Stewart6 replied to that post, since what you were saying wasn't actually true. Both of those posts were definitely off-topic.
What I actually wrote was a response to a hateful outburst that equates Islam with the Inquisition while glorifying Christianity as something inherently peaceful. That's the post right here—me trying to prevent a biased and generalized image from being painted, which would then be used to cheer on the Swiss referendum in this thread, under the logic that "Islam is generally violent," so therefore "we, the peaceful Christians, have the right to ban minarets used for calling to jihad"... or as Morgan Rodriguez57 put it earlier, that "mosques truly serve as training grounds for radical Islamists..."... What else am I supposed to say to them?
I responded to that controversial post to point out that isn't how it works... I just offered a little reminder of history... that the Inquisition isn't the only thing on the conscience of those spitting on people like this; there's so much more from this century and the last (as I mentioned before). And then the off-topic chaos started (here comes my analysis of my own work). And naturally, every off-topic post will be wiped out, including my response, the second she reads it. Just like your post, and my reply to it.
Can we please just let the discussion continue, Satori?

http://www.forum.com/showthread.php?t=501706&page=3http://www.forum.com/showthread.php?t=501706&page=4So, I am kindly asking the administrators to look into this and take action against
this particular moderator. Please apply the same standards used for all
other users on this forum, and strip him of the immunity he's managed to build up to
act however he wants without consequence. He told me days ago that I could file a complaint,
but that I'd need a lot of luck, and I won't go into the "categorization" of those
who complain. 🙄 It’s honestly sad. After I've spent so much time apologizing to this
moderator, overlooking his insults and belittling behavior, reaching
out, and being genuinely kind, he just gets emboldened, loses his temper, and starts this whole routine again.
Much like in Switzerland, I find myself wondering: where is the limit for my tolerance and the tolerance of other users on this site?
I also ask that you evaluate what truly constitutes hate speech and which side it's actually coming from in these instances.
This is actually the first time I’ve heard my posts being flagged for hate speech. And honestly, I’m not the only one getting that label on
this particular thread. It seems like I’m practically an expert at "hate" since apparently nobody can keep up with me—at least, that’s how
the moderator put it when talking to someone else who was also accused of "hate." 🙄
Thanks.
