Look, his driving skills? Unquestionable. On that front, he’s easily one of the best out there—that's not even a debate. But we aren't talking about his talent here; we're talking about him as a person. 😁

I’ve been following Formula 1 since the early 90s, and honestly, I don't think there's a driver I've ever disliked more than him.
And I seriously doubt anyone will ever be worse—especially after what he pulled back in
Austin in '97. If you'd asked me then, I would have said he should’ve been banned from the track for life... 😁
Sportsmanship? Zero. Absolutely none. And if you ask me, that was the exact moment most Formula 1 fans just completely lost their stomach for him.

I mean, honestly, there are times when I think he’s absolutely incredible, but then there are those other moments where he just totally lets me down... so I guess I’m still stuck right in the middle, just not really knowing what to make of him yet! 🤷

If you're actually looking for an opinion on him as a person, don't judge him by how he acts on the track—judge him by how he acts off it.
On the track, we already know the deal... he doesn't know anyone, not even his own brother. To me, that's just what defines all champions.
As for off the track... well... let's say regarding that massive disaster where 200,000 people died, he donated $20 million in cash. He could have easily given a million... and he still would've been considered a legend. That says a lot about his character, doesn't it?
Besides, he's actually loved by his mechanics over at Ferrari... which, hey, actually tells you something about who he is as a guy.

Sure, he’s mellowed out over the years and turned into a somewhat tolerable, more respectful athlete, but that doesn't erase the garbage behavior that defined his entire reputation early on.

It’s honestly mind-blowing how some people think they can just go around trashing someone without a second thought, and it really makes you wonder what kind of reflection they see when they look in the mirror. Michael Jackson was singing about the "Man in the Mirror" a lifetime ago, but clearly, people have a convenient way of forgetting that message. And seriously, how are these absolute amateurs on some random American internet forum even qualified to judge whether he was a good or bad person? They call him unlikable, greasy, hated—basically the embodiment of all the evil in the world. Honestly, the poll should have just included "fascist" as the final option. I mean, if we're being that ridiculous, how are we supposed to classify guys like Hitler or Maddox?

Honestly, I went down to the local post office the other day and tossed $1.75 into one of those charity donation boxes they have set up 😁—I wish I could've dropped a whole stack of hundreds in there, man😁

Was there ever a single driver in Formula 1 who could pull off what he did back in Austin in '97?
Think about it—when he realized he had zero chance of winning the championship, what does he do?
At that point, he wasn't some young kid or an inexperienced rookie anymore... he was just a pathetic mess.👍
