19" LCD monitor under $300?

Hey there, does anyone have any solid recommendations for a high-quality monitor based on what I mentioned in the title? Or better yet, could you walk me through which specific specs I actually need to care about before I drop a bunch of cash on one?

Why settle for just a 19?
In my opinion, if you're dropping that kind of cash, you should definitely be looking at a high-quality 20 instead.
