How do I add a ticker to my signature?

I mean, yeah, since we aren't allowed to drop the full ticker symbol, I’d much rather have it say something like "my ticker" instead of just listing an address—kind of like how the previous post says "my gadget"

Here is how you do it—if you scroll to the very bottom of the post, you'll see the instructions for creating a link. Just head over to your options, select edit signature, and drop your link in there...

Just grab that bolded part, copy it, and paste it straight into your signature. It’s similar to how mistymarlin6 handled it in an earlier thread on Reddit.

Alright, here’s another one of those "I'm totally lost" moments...😁
I'm trying to add a ticker from Tickerfactory to my profile, and everything seems to be going perfectly fine. But then, the moment I paste the BB Code into my signature, I get an error saying I've exceeded the line limit and that signatures are restricted to just a single line??!! Help me out here.🤷

I honestly don't know how you expect anyone to help you when you haven't even pasted your signature here... What are we supposed to do—tell you that you have way too many lines? 🤷

This is what I'm trying to put in my signature:



But I get this error message instead:
Your signature contains too many lines and must be shortened. You may only have up to 1 line(s). Long text may have been implicitly wrapped, causing it to be counted as multiple lines.

It shows up fine here in the post, but it won't save in the signature settings...😕

This is the link to the Tickerfactory homepage, which also doubles as the image itself. If you’d actually taken a look at how this thread started, you would’ve realized that you can't just go around uploading images to your signature.

I've read through the beginning and followed all the instructions to a T. I know I can't use images in my signature, but the issue is that it won't even let me save a link in there...

What link? This is the second time I've had to come looking for you—just drop your attempt at the signature right here so we can actually spot where things are going sideways. How am I supposed to figure out what's broken if I don't even know what you're trying to build in the first place? 🤷

Luckily, you can't actually do that on this Reddit—it's just not possible to have a ticker in your signature. I think someone already pointed that out in this thread at least ten times...

Man, this ticker is seriously driving me up the wall 😂
