I'm putting my money on American Beauty.

I haven't actually sat through Slumdog Millionaire, though I’d personally put American Beauty & Million Dollar Baby at the top of the pile.

Honestly, calling Chicago the worst movie isn't even an exaggeration; it’s easily one of the biggest misses on this entire list. 🙂

So, we're basically looking at a collection of films that happened to snag an Oscar in the last decade... yeah, that carries about as much weight as you'd think. 🙂

What a coincidence... for me, it feels like every eighth movie I sit down to watch turned out to be an Oscar winner or at least landed a Best Picture nomination.

So, yeah—I actually know my way around this subject matter quite well😁—at least when it comes to the Best Picture category... the other categories aren't really my thing.

If you want to talk about the absolute worst Oscar winner, it’s hands down Tom Jones. Now, the movie itself isn't terrible—it's probably better than most of the junk coming out these days...

The Oscars and Chicago will probably never make sense to me.

American Beauty isn't just some standout hit from its decade; I'd argue it's one of the greatest films ever made.

Man, I'm kind of bummed you didn't throw in some of those foreign Oscar winners. For me, The Lives of Others is easily the best one on that list.
