Revolt against the way I'm being treated on this subreddit!

Here’s the situation...
I already know this thread is going to get shut down, just like the last two mods closed on me for absolutely no reason: "No sharing music recommendations"... 🤣🤣
The behavior of these moderators is genuinely irritating...
I am fairly certain that if things continue like this over the next few days, I will simply delete my account from this Reddit...

Mods don't have the right to act this way, closing threads where nobody is being insulted and people are just exchanging opinions, etc.
To put it bluntly: it’s an inhumane way to treat users...

I am convinced that a large portion of the community will lose interest because of this system...
Oh well, let it be...

Nobody is going to ban me for things I've said during a discussion or anything of the sort.
Everyone has the right to their own opinion, right? Or at least, that’s what the rules of this Reddit claim... It seems that might have been a lie after all... 🤷

Could you please elaborate on that topic? What specifically happened during the session, and which PDF file were you looking at when you found this? If we had those details, we might actually be able to determine whether your assessment is correct or not...

As for your plan to leave and delete your account—believe me, the moderators are going to be absolutely devastated. Besides, you won't be able to wipe your profile because that option is disabled here on this Reddit thread.

On almost any forum out there, you won't find an option for users to just delete their own accounts manually. That kind of control is strictly reserved for the admins on any vBulletin-based site. I know this firsthand because I actually have access to the ACPI on one of the forums I manage... 🙂

Think of it like this: you don't have the keys to your own account, and the admins aren't particularly keen on doing the heavy lifting for you. Perhaps you could try this approach. 😉

You’ve already started six different threads, and honestly, only one of them makes any sense. The rest are just nonsense. A few of them are even duplicates, so your complaint is completely baseless..☕..

If I had said something like what you just did—calling people's posts "stupid"—I’d probably be getting banned right now for being insulting...

Judging by how many views my threads get, I suspect you might just be dealing with a bit of an inferiority complex, which would explain why you have so many unmoderated comments flying around...
And as for the claim that "some [topics] already exist," well, they don't, because the admins vet everything before allowing it. The only thing they've been persistently deleting is one of mine... so, naturally, I'm deleting myself too...

Religion... Belief systems...- read your second post again (you probably took it too literally). This whole thing turned into a back-and-forth argument, and you ended up saying 🙂 (I mentioned that last part because you were making comments about my posting style)

...MySpace vs. Facebook...- check your second post again. Just type one of the terms from the title into a search engine and you'll see plenty of other threads on it.😉☕

Music exchange (indie, metal, rock...)- your topic is closed with zero replies. It has 63 views, which really shows the quality when there isn't a single response.☕

Mini City and Wicca are the only ones you didn't make separate threads for.☕...

Anyway, you can't delete yourself, and nobody is going to delete your account for you. There's no point asking. Plenty of users have requested to close their accounts, and as far as I know, nobody’s been granted permission.😉☕

Was that an old vBulletin setup? Usually, vB doesn't just hand you the keys to delete your own posts by default; you have to go into the ACPI settings to enable that kind of autonomy. Though, honestly, I'm not even entirely sure if that's how it works... 🙂
