Got my PVT, but it's not showing up.

The notification just hit my inbox via email.

But when I head over to the portal, there isn't a single message to be found.

What kind of nonsense was that?

Maybe that email alert you got was just for some older 'pvt' account.
Check the dates on the email against what's showing up on your profile.

The user who sent it is banned and honestly looks like some bot clone. Maybe that explains why there isn't a profile picture?

I honestly think that even if someone gets banned, you should still be able to see any private messages they already sent you.
Like, banning a user doesn't just delete their old DMs or anything; it basically just stops you from being able to reply back to them until their ban is up.

But it’s gone, and now I find myself genuinely preoccupied with wondering exactly what was written inside 😢

Once that person's ban finally wears off, just tell them to send it over again 🙂

I’ve noticed this little quirk happens to me sometimes where my private messages just won't load properly. Usually, I'll head over to my sent folder, then click back over to my inbox, and—lo and behold—everything pops up perfectly fine. 😁

It’s gone, plain and simple—it just isn't there anymore. Either we're looking at some kind of glitch in the Manhattan system, or one of the admins decided to pull the plug and wipe it out.

That’s definitely a possibility.
If that happened, you'd just get an email letting you know someone tried to reach out, along with a heads-up that your inbox is full.

Just accept that you lost a DM and start living in suspense waiting for the next one to hit your inbox.
