Eferdin usage and side effects?

Maybe try checking in with your doctor or a pharmacist—I assume you might need it for asthma?—or perhaps seek out some advice on one of those fitness forums.

By the way, I don't mean to sound preachy here, but... personally, I've never had the habit of consuming substances when I can't even pronounce the name correctly. It's called Eferdin (just so you don't embarrass yourself at the CVS)

Efedrin is actually banned across the EU, and if I recall correctly, it's pretty much off-limits here in the States too. It’s going to be incredibly difficult to get your hands on any legally...

I usually just get them from the local pharmacy on a prescription from my doctor.

He’s probably talking about efedrin in pill form, which you often see being mixed with caffeine and aspirin to act as a sort of metabolic booster for workouts or weight loss efforts.
