Can't start new threads or post? (Email activation issues)

So, a few friends asked me to jump in here on their behalf.
Basically, they’re stuck in registration limbo because none of their verification emails are actually showing up.
They’ve already tried about a dozen different addresses across various providers to see if it was just one service acting up.
Everything from Gmail to Outlook and Yahoo...

They even reached out to the admins directly via email, but it’s been total radio silence over there.

Is anyone actually going to fix this?
