Oh Bo, of course I read the news, I'm not uneducated... but what am I supposed to do about it right now? I can't go kill myself over it. There are people dealing with much worse than me—like folks working construction all day, or people who are sick. All this panic isn't helping anyone. That's what worries me.

Anyway, getting back to the main topic—I have practice tomorrow and need to be downtown by 9:00 AM, which is about an hour's commute on public transit. 😠 I think I might just wilt... it's supposed to hit 77 degrees already in the morning, though I'm really hoping it isn't too humid early on.

Try taking a hot shower. Once you're done, even if it's 104 degrees in your apartment, you might actually feel comfortable...

The weather, the humidity... even the liquid levels... everything feels just a little bit off today...
