Spyware detection and removal tips?

Wait, so you're saying it doesn't even show up in Task Manager under processes?

Yeah... it's fighting the system... it doesn't even give you a notification that it’s actually running... it just sits there working in the background...
It takes screenshots whenever someone clicks something... scrapes passwords... grabs whatever is sitting in your clipboard... the only way to fly under the radar is if you're just hitting the Tab key to jump from the username field to the password field, because it only triggers on a mouse click, so... yeah, nothing...
Mine just expired, but I'm pretty sure you can go into the settings and tweak the permissions for the Task Manager and the taskbar...

I just picked up a software package for about $110, so the issue is all sorted out now.

If they aren't happy with how things are, maybe they should just look for a new job...
