Dry scalp issues – anyone else dealing with this?

I’ve noticed a few thin lines on my glans that look like tiny scars, but they only really show up when I have an erection.
I’m guessing they happened because the skin was super dry, and then when things got bigger during an erection, the skin just split under the tension (since the head expands too).
These marks feel a little deeper than just surface-level scratches, though they aren't incredibly deep either.
Is there a specific cream or some kind of treatment I could use to smooth this out or fix it entirely?

I suppose you might not need anything at all... provided things stay as they are, without any stinging or pain, or the development of morphological changes... like sores or ulcers...

Honestly, there aren't any actual medical issues here, just aesthetic ones.
It doesn't sting, it doesn't ache, and there’s zero discharge or anything like that...
I just really hate the way it looks.
