Summer Festival in Cleveland: June 22nd & 23rd, 2007

on Friday:

9:00 PM—Pendulum is such an incredible band. It’s obvious. All the real connoisseurs showed up just for them. They even did a cover of voodoo People by Prodigy... woo-hoo, absolutely legendary!

11:00 PM—Seriously, when is Pendulum playing? Can someone please give us a heads-up on the schedule?

Midnight—Pendulum is finally in the house! It’s just "Pendulum this" and "Pendulum that," yoyoyo, make some noise for Pendulum! Let's go, America! Now jump, now bounce, now scream! 🎉 And then they constantly check in on us, like, "is everybody feeling okay?" yeeeeee... and then again, "give your hands for Pendulum!" 🙂, yeah, come on, give us some ear muffs for Pendulum!

2:00 AM—Get out of here! Just get out!

2:30 AM—Make some noise for bad company... honestly, they were somewhat tolerable since they didn't have a security guard barking orders at us... until that guy in the hat showed up again. At that point, we all just bolted for the exit.

Excuse me, fellow fans, I am merely a girl who won a ticket, and this whole experience was just ooooooool the drama this girl can handle! 😵

My time staying outside the festivals in Cleveland was easily the best experience ever. Get those extra beds ready, because I'll be heading back soon... 🙂

Hey everyone, things were alright, though if I’m being honest, I think they were even better two years ago. 🙂
The Cog sets were fantastic, albeit a bit too short for my liking. Opp and Hesusi held their own, and Monochrome was decent enough, but I felt like I completely slept through the Talcott and Zion Train performances. 🙂

As for the logistics, everything was a bit tight—I unfortunately ended up getting sidelined by an illness, which threw a wrench in things. 👎
It was actually my first time heading out to the Atlantic after a four-year hiatus. 🙏
A big thanks to Johnson & Johnson for the hospitality and to Lal for handling the transport. 😘

Ballack lunged right in front of me and ended up shoving me about 15 yards away from where I was originally standing. 🤣
