I am in urgent need of this medication,

It is completely unavailable in Ottawa, and frankly, I can't find it anywhere in the US either.
It’s out of stock in Washington, D.C. as well, though we were told there might be a substitute produced here in America—specifically, a human immunoglobulin (95% human) supplied by the American Red Cross.
We were actually advised about this possibility during our time in Chicago.
