LOL, obviously The Matrix pulled in way more cash—it had an awesome title, a massive star power lineup, and those ads were basically everywhere. I don't even remember seeing any promos for Dark City, honestly. 🤣
Still, Dark City is the GOAT. 🙏

Ah, I have two absolute favorites, but let's be honest—Dark City is far superior to the other...

Honestly, I was sitting there watching 24 and couldn't help but think that they really should have cast Kiefer as the lead in Dark City instead. Imagine him with a ticking clock counting down the seconds while he scrambles to save the city and the woman; he’d just be running around with his cell phone, taking out strangers with surgical precision using pistols and sniper rifles. 🙏 😁

I’ll be the first to admit I voted for Dark City, but man—I have to say, that Equilibrium movie you guys keep bringing up is absolute garbage. It’s honestly beyond me. I’ve actually tried starting it five different times just hoping I could finally make it to the end, but it’s just impossible. Seriously, what a waste of time.
