... from my nose 😁

So... I’ve got a bit of an issue. Lately, when I wake up in the morning, I’ve been dealing with nosebleeds. Well, maybe "bleeding" isn't the right wordβ€”it's more like my nose feels totally stuffed up, and when I go to, you know, blow 😁 a little blood comes out with it.
The real problem is that this keeps happening more and more frequently. It’s not like anything hurts, I don't have any congestion 😁, and I'm not even on any medications.
What could be causing this? Is it stress, a lingering cold, nerves, or just the dry winter air?
And how can I get this to stop or, better yet, get rid of it entirely? πŸ™‚

It's been so long since I started a new thread that I actually forgot how this works! 😁

If you really wanted to dig deep into this, you could probably unearth all sorts of complexities. But let's stick to the most basic question for now: what’s the local environment like, and how are you holding up on Vitamin C and Vitamin K?

So... I’ve got a bit of an issue lately. Every morning when I wake up, my nose feels super congested, and when I go to blow it, 😁 there's always some blood there...
It wouldn't be such a big deal if it wasn't happening more and more often. It doesn't hurt at all, I don't have any congestion issues otherwise 😁, and I'm not even on any medication right now.
I'm just wondering what could be causing this? Maybe stress, a lingering cold, nerves, or just the dry weather?
And does anyone know how I can make it stop or what might help clear it up? πŸ™‚

for me, it was definitely allergies combined with the air being really dry in my bedroom while I sleep...

As for me, 😁 I think my vitamin situation is fine. At least, I assume it is. I take a multivitamin every single morning. πŸ™‚

It’s absolutely possible. Personally, I deal with dust allergies all the time.

Thanks. πŸ™‚

I tend to deal with nosebleeds during the winter monthsβ€”it’s mostly just the dry air getting to me. You might want to try using a humidifier to help

Ugh, I went through this exact same thing back when I was hitting my teens, maybe around 16. My nose wouldn't stop bleeding... absolute nightmare. Never even bothered seeing a doctor, it just stopped on its own eventually.

Dry air makes my nose bleed tooβ€”it’ll probably give you the same trouble
