You can't just upload a file straight from your hard drive!! It needs to be hosted online first!

So why does it sometimes show up as a direct image and other times it just gives me a link?

I mean, I processed two different shots using the exact same method (like > described). One post shows the pic right away, but the other one? Just a link. Nothing else.

Because certain subforums don't allow images 🙂

Look, it’s not that hard to find. There's an announcement sitting right there in the bottom left corner of every single forum page that lays out exactly what the rules are around here. Just read it.🙂
