There aren't many people like you out there. 😁

Plus, the company is great. An IMF official, Pesica, AxMi... honestly, this forum is just the cream of the crop! 😁😁😁

I don't know what I'd do with those two. One is all about FJBG, while the other is an absolute IE fanatic. 😁

When you guys start talking about XP Borg edition, I’m assuming it’s some imported stuff made by someone outside the US. Has anyone heard of that "e-utilities" project? It's basically a bootable DVD loaded with Windows XP Pro SP2, all the patches, and the essential tools—everything from system utilities to office and multimedia software. The creator is actually a local guy from around here. Might also be worth checking out 👍.

And everything is set to American defaults, too 😁
Man, that's awesome 😁

Just kidding
Kudos to him for putting in the work 👍

It’s simply a matter of sitting down and getting the job done, yet I see so many people wasting their breath on it for nothing.😁

Honestly, people will go to any lengths just to celebrate themselves.

I have to hand it to him, though; respect where it's due.

The second he wrote "Ushirlo and I," it was obvious who 😁 Keptn Willard is, obviously. 😁

Does anyone happen to have Windows XP Borg edition in the Miami area?
I’d be more than happy to pay someone to just fry it for me!

I'll pay him to burn it for me.

I'm waiting on a new drive (supposedly arriving tomorrow), then a buddy of mine is going to flash the Borg edition for me. If nobody else steps up, just shoot me a PM so we can work something out; I'm in a suburban town near a major city. Can ship via USPS. 🙂

I’d probably jump on the Borg edition too if anyone actually had it. I'm down to trade something else for it. We can just swap via post. If anyone’s sitting on one and feels like passing it along, hit me up in a PM.

So, I finally set up Winborg XP today, and I have to admit, it’s actually pretty solid. You just pop the DVD in and forget about the installation process; everything just works.
Once the OS is settled, you get to pick your software—graphics drivers, utilities, antivirus, firewall, the usual. If you can't be bothered to choose, the defaults kick in automatically after four minutes.
The install runs, you reboot once, and the machine is ready to go.
It's nice seeing that Windows can actually handle updates.
For anyone who spends their life reinstalling systems, whether for themselves or clients, this edition is a must-have. 👍
If anyone runs into hiccups during the setup you can find fixes or report issues right here.
