Best software for screen mirroring between PC and TV?

Does anyone happen to know of a lightweight, simple little utility—ideally some freeware—that allows for easy switching of the display output between my computer monitor and the TV? I am looking to avoid navigating through those clunky display property menus in the Control Panel every single time. Ideally, I would love something I could just pin to my desktop so I can toggle between screens with just two or three clicks. I feel certain I have come across something similar before, but I simply cannot recall where to find it.
