I wanted to pick your brains on something—what kind of exercise routine actually works best if the goal is to drop a few pounds? I'm curious about the timing, too, and how much effort I should really be putting in to see results. 😕

Sex is basically a full-body workout—gets every single muscle moving. 👍 So, why not start going at it like a pro?

Cut the crap and stop overthinking the workouts.

Just start running.
It’s easily the most effective way.

If your goal is losing weight, any kind of cardio will get the job done.

That's quite a question to throw out there... I suppose the absolute best way would be to train three times a day, and honestly, you probably shouldn't stop until you're ready to run a full marathon. But if you don't have that kind of time on your hands, then I guess you just do whatever you can manage...

🤔
It depends—on what you're into, your budget, your schedule, and your willpower, I guess.
You could go the more expensive route with things like Pilates, a gym membership, aerobics, or Tae Bo—there are plenty of those "modern" 😁 options out there—or just stick to running or walking around your neighborhood, a local park, or a nearby trail, which is the cheaper way to go. Of course, you also have to consider—your actual fitness level, assuming you have one at all. 🙂

As for timing? Whenever works for you. 😁 There aren't really any rules. 🙂
