Hey there! I was wondering if anyone knows of a good site that breaks down what all the different types of tea actually do for you—or maybe if you guys know any specific effects off the top of your head...

Marshmallow root and Iceland moss can really help soothe that cough
Ginkgo biloba is great for sharpening up your focus and memory
Black elderberry helps disinfect the mouth and throat area
Parsley helps with urination and those annoying UTIs
Nettle is awesome if you're dealing with anemia
Senna works wonders for constipation
Chamomile is super soothing for pain and even works for gynecological rinses
Birch helps clean out the urinary tract
Spearmint is my go-to for calming down
Rosehips help ease pains and can help with sweating and dehydration too
Peppermint is perfect for digestive issues and stomach cramps

You should definitely check out www.herbateka.com

Bradley Davis33 says:

Black mallow—it works wonders for disinfecting oral cavities! I’ve also been adding some sage into the mix—both as a soothing tea and a refreshing rinse

Nettle—perfect if you're dealing with anemia or just need a bit of a diuretic boost

Burdock root—great for tackling constipation

Quince leaves—helpful for diarrhea

*The items in bold are my own personal additions to the list.

I'm pretty sure chicory helps when you've got an upset stomach (not 100% certain though!) but wormwood is more for getting things moving...

And what's the deal with stuff like Rosehip, Linden, Saffron, Mint, Blueberry, or Green tea? Like, what are they actually good for?

I already wrote down my thoughts on blackberries and rosehips for you
They’re great if you’re looking to sweat things out or just need a little boost if you're feeling anemic...
Blueberries are more of an astringent, so they'll definitely help dry you out
