Yeah, I'm fine... at least it's warm enough in here.
I’m just getting ready to head out soon—though honestly, it’s never quite as freezing as it was this morning when I left, so I'm not too worried about the commute 🙂

We're basically melting at work. Honestly, we’ve all been walking around in short sleeves lately, and I can't wait for Casual Friday to roll around😁. Man, there are some old-timers here who act like it's freezing even when it hits 105 degrees outside.🙄
Gotta go get my head right before I start losing it on someone by lunchtime. 👋

I’ve spent the last few days just wandering around in this freezing cold...😱

My boyfriend has these incredibly stubborn ideas—we actually found ourselves out at a concert in the middle of a blizzard, sitting there in 0°F weather. 😁

Well, we were driving an SUV, so it wasn't entirely unbearable, I suppose.

But then, he decided to take me to one of those winter festivals; my feet were so frozen solid that I had to huddle up by the fireplace for about four hours just to thaw out properly.🙂

So, I just got off the phone with my doctor... turns out I have to steer clear of the sauna 😢
And honestly, it isn't even primarily about my asthma—it’s more about my low blood pressure 😢
She was suggesting things like swimming, hitting the weight machines at the gym, and so on... essentially everything I was hoping to bypass by hiding out in the sauna, but apparently, there's no getting out of staying active 😁
