Mozilla isn't loading all images on certain websites

What's the deal here? Mozilla opens the site, but it just won't load everything—it stops before all the images show up. Sometimes it works fine, but other times it just hangs. Any idea why? 😕

Are you even sure the images are loading?🙂

Anyway, just go check your Preferences, hit up privacy & security, then look under images

Nah, the images work. I can even right-click one, select view image, and it'll just take me to a new page to show it. If I hit Back, the image shows up there, but everything else is still missing.

The settings are set to allow all images.

Wait, which Mozilla are we talking about? Are you using Firefox? And what version are you even running? Look, if you're still messing around with the 1.0 Preview, then honestly, I'm not surprised at all—that build was a total buggy mess. Just go ahead and grab the 1.0 update that dropped a couple of days ago. If you aren't on that yet, then man, I haven't got a clue what else to tell you. 😁

I was running 1.7.3. Just installed the latest one, too. But honestly, it’s basically the same thing; sometimes it opens everything, sometimes just some stuff, and other times it barely manages to open two or three... 😕

Is this happening on specific sites, or is it just everything? If it’s just certain ones, drop a link here or shoot me a DM so I can test it out myself. I'm running the exact same version.

Try clearing out your Temporary Internet Files.

I've been dealing with a similar headache for a little while now...

On this forum and pretty much everywhere else I hang out online, half the emojis don't show up, and images just default to that "img" text option... I can manage to see them if I highlight the area and then right-click "view image," but there isn't any other way (and on some sites, I can't even do that)... 😠

Plus, a ton of other websites aren't loading images at all, which is incredibly frustrating, and I honestly have no clue what the issue might be...

Oh, and before anyone asks, it’s definitely not a browser issue. It's the exact same mess whether I'm using Opera, Internet Explorer, or Firefox, which is my usual go-to...

Ugh, it's enough to drive you crazy, especially since I haven't the slightest idea what the hell is going on...
