What's a movie that pleasantly surprised you?

When you first saw him, did you think he looked terrible based on that clip?

Could it be the other way around? Based on the trailer, I honestly thought Million Dollar Hotel was going to be a decent movie, but it turned out to be absolute garbage. I feel like they should probably just use that film as a form of psychological torture for prisoners.

When I first watched Rushmore for Roy Tenenbaum, I figured it was just another mindless Ben Stiller comedy. Turns out... it’s actually one of my favorites.

I mean, the main character spent basically the entire movie hiding in the bathroom, and then somehow manages to take everyone out at the end? It made zero sense to me...👍

Time Cop starring Jean-Claude Van Damme. Honestly, one of the more entertaining takes on the whole time travel trope.
