I was just browsing through some Nepalese websites, and apparently, they’ve cooked up a whole new sport. Everyone brings their own radiator and hooks it up to a car battery. Of course, the radiators heat up, but the entire competition is a complete farce because they couldn't be bothered to wait for the snail race to finish. Here’s the deal: they take these three-meter-wide radiators, put snails on them, and wire the units directly to batteries. Naturally, this speeds the snails up, and the whole spectacle provides endless entertainment for the entire nation over the airwaves. Word is that marketing for the Katmand radio station has surged by 200%. Honestly, I think this is one of those things we could actually learn from Nepalese people.

You can actually learn some pretty wild things from a Nepalese person; for instance, they’re the origin of that world-famous women's race.
In their culture, a woman's status is tied directly to how many pots and pans she owns, and to prove her worth, she has to sprint to the summit of the nearest mountain. It's not just a run through the woods, either—she’s expected to hunt game along the way, build a fire, and prep a full meal once she hits the top. The winner? She’s the one who makes it back to the village first with a perfect meal for the family without spilling a single drop. How is that even possible? Well, once the cooking is done, she's allowed to take those boiling pots off the fire, balance them right on her head, and sprint all the way back home.

mistypanther, why on earth would you want to go imitating someone like Thomas Diaz6? That old avatar suited you way better. Honestly, the signature and status were much more "you" too...

It’s honestly pretty pathetic when people on this forum just end up copying one another.

AAAAAAA....!!! 😲
I honestly can't tell if I've finally lost my mind or if there's some massive conspiracy unfolding right before my eyes.
😱 🙂

Just change it, man... I don't even know... I just don't get it.
😁 😁

Anyway, what's your take on Nepalese sports? 😁

Word on the street is that the US gave up its broadcasting rights for the soccer matches in Portugal just to scrape together enough cash to send our national hero, Mary Stampuljagović, to the World Radiator Championship in Nepal alongside his chosen companion, a snail named brat.

Does anyone happen to have the odds for those sporting—or as we locals might call them—happenings handy?
