Does anyone have experience with autogenic training?

I finally made it to see that doctor—honestly, she’s absolutely wonderful. 🙏 I’d honestly recommend her to anyone—really. I went through an autogenic training session with her, and I can tell you firsthand that it actually works. It made a genuine difference for me.

The autogenic training used to be held by Mr. Gruden over in Ivanicgrad, but he doesn't do it much anymore—maybe just occasionally out in Brooklyn... You could try seeing Jadranka škarice at Božidar Ađija 5, phone 3668 268

I once read that this guy can't stand Gruden because he claims homosexuality is a disease... It's hard to face the truth, but that's what AT is all about.
