And you don't need to apologize to me—if I could make it to France on my own, I can handle getting to Minneapolis—it's not like I need a GPS escort or anything, I was just offering some extra seats in the car.

hm... so I booked that whole package through Art Travel, and they told me to just swing by on Tuesday to pick up my tickets in person and settle the payment. Now you guys have me feeling totally spooked, but I’m really hoping everything turns out fine. Btw, I didn't have anyone to go with, so I'm bringing my old man along. Either way, I wouldn't be able to cross the border alone, but this whole situation is just a little frustrating.

The show is totally sold out... we'll find out by Monday or Tuesday if they end up moving it over to Madison Square Garden... if that happens, nobody has to sweat the ticket situation... the real headache is the band, because apparently they aren't exactly thrilled about playing a massive arena 👎

Their first London show ever—back when they were just opening for Throwing Muses... I can't be certain if today's biggest stars were in the crowd at that opening slot or at their first headlining gig three months later, but one thing is certain: a massive number of people walked away from one of those two shows and decided to start their own bands immediately.

Regarding all this screaming about Psycho-Path, I wasn't exactly blown away by them either, but this album actually hits for me—there's barely any noise left, so maybe you guys will finally get into it. Honestly? It’s just commercial pop-punk-metal, but I’d much rather hear that than some random band trying to rip off Sonic Youth; there are way too many of those groups out there anyway.

By the way, Res Nullius used to open for the Pixies. They were a decent little garage band out of Pittsburgh back in the day... no clue how they sound now, but anything beats listening to Sidarat.😁
