Look, here’s the situation.... I’ve got stretch marks on my back that are pretty damn obvious. I’m sure you all know what they look like—it’s basically a nightmare for most people—but imagine dealing with that when you’re a guy. Summer is right around the corner, which means beach trips, pool parties, and being out in the open, all while I'm stuck worrying about these marks on my back. Does anyone actually have any advice? I'll take anything at this point... please.

p.s. I’m not entirely sure if I posted this in the right section of the forum, so if I messed up, feel free to move it.

I know this guy who dealt with this exact thing. He went in for a routine checkup and they flagged his cholesterol levels as being through the roof. Turns out he’s got some kind of genetic predisposition or something. It wasn't even about his weight or stress levels—he was fit and totally chill, but his numbers were still off the charts.

Just slather yourself in baby oil. Seriously. The trick is to apply it right after you get out of the shower while your skin is still soaking wet—don't even towel off first. It’s about prevention. I used it during my pregnancy and it worked wonders. My stretch marks completely faded away using nothing but basic baby oil. Don't waste your money on those overpriced boutique creams; they rarely do much. It all comes down to your skin type. Good luck!

I know quite a few guys who have stretch marks—in fact, three of my exes had them. Two of them had them on their lower backs, and one had some on his upper arm. I suppose they can show up if you suddenly gain weight, hit a growth spurt, or start bulking up at the gym and stuff like that...
Personally, I find stretch marks on men to be quite cute, and I actually feel more comfortable being with guys who have them since I have them too 😉
I make sure to apply some stretch mark oil meant for pregnant women twice a day (I pick it up at CVS, around $6.75), but they don't really disappear; I think it's more about prevention than anything else.

Thanks, everyone... I think I'll give the baby oil a shot 😁

It’s probably just due to growth spurts, since I've never been heavier or dealt with cholesterol issues before 🙂

It’ll probably come down to my growth spurt. I've never been this heavy before, and I've never had issues with cholesterol either. 🙂

So, you're looking at hitting the gym. What's the endgame here? You trying to pack on muscle mass overnight, or are you looking for that sudden drop on the scale?
Give it a shot. Baby oil is the real deal. 👍

I was wondering—would any kind of baby oil work for this?

I’ve used Johnson & Johnson... Honestly, the only real difference is the color of the bottle and the scent.😁

So, here’s the situation... I’m 16, and about five or six months ago, I started noticing stretch marks appearing on my back. At first, I didn't bother seeing a doctor because I figured it was nothing worth mentioning, right? But now they've spread significantly—way more than I expected—and summer is right around the corner. We’re talking beach trips, pools, the whole deal. Does anyone actually know what can be done about this? Please, if you have any advice, let me know. I’ve considered making an appointment with a physician, but there's just this nagging hesitation holding me back, and honestly, I'm at a bit of a loss for how to even approach it.😕 😕 ...thanks in advance

I'm not entirely sure if I've landed in the right spot, so my apologies if I have.
So, just like the title says, I'm dealing with stretch marks. I managed to drop quite a bit of fat from my midsection in just three weeks, and now my skin feels pretty stretched out with visible stretch marks popping up. I was wondering if there are any specific creams or ointments that actually help tighten the skin or something similar? Also, I can feel a few little lumps and bumps under the surface—kind of like small nodules. Is that just residual fat deposits or what could it be? Thanks in advance! 🙂

I’m fifteen years old and dealing with a whole mess of stretch marks on my chest from a sudden growth spurt. I tried using almond oil, but it was basically like throwing water into the ocean—it did absolutely nothing, and the marks have already turned white. I’m wondering if anyone else has been through this nightmare and actually found a way out? I’ve read some claims about aloe vera being the holy grail, or even egg whites...

Look, let's be real: once they're there, you aren't getting rid of them unless you go under the knife for cosmetic surgery. That's just biology. However, you can definitely stop more from popping up by keeping your skin hydrated. You need to drink plenty of water and stay on top of using moisturizers and lotions. Personally, when I dealt with stretch marks on my stomach during pregnancy, using Lushov Therapy bars made a massive difference.

Based on what my girlfriends have told me, the RF method actually works wonders for stretch marks. Plus, there aren't even any contraindications. 😉
