Amanda Cruz68, sure, Daredevil is an old-school comic, but the movie script feels totally fresh—no apologies needed there! My only real regret is that I didn't head over to the box office to ask for my money back 😠
And honestly? That final scene was actually pretty cool 🙂

Let’s just give it a month or two before we spill everything—don't want to ruin the show for anyone who hasn't caught up yet.😉

The ending is basically Bullseye lying in bed, covered in casts, while a fly buzzes around his head. He grabs a syringe, slams the fly against the wall with it, and mutters, "Bullseye!"

I hope that was enough to scare off the masses and save them twenty bucks. You can all thank me later. 😉

ruggedjackal46, I actually went ahead and sent an email to the Missile Defense Agency in the meantime. 😉

Stupid American peasant... he should have gone with a Lamborghini.

lol😁

I wouldn't....😉

Not to go off topic though... I'll just wait until the movie hits DVD. Not heading to the theater to watch some flick starring a total lightweight...😉

Catch Me... honestly, such a great movie. I had a blast watching it. 👍 🙏

Man... watched it last night... COMA; DESPAIR; DISGUSTING; UGH; GROSS! 🙂 This is way worse than Batman or Superman or whatever else. Sure, he jumps, breaks stuff, kills people—just like the old ones. But this guy is just unbearable because he’s BLIND 😲 but yeah, whatever, if it's too much, it's too much :bottom:

Such an incredible movie... so deep... that classic struggle between good and evil... plus there's that powerful message that someone living with a disability can actually find more joy and freedom than people who are physically "perfect" and able-bodied. There’s even some romance too... and oh, the romance... and thank god there isn't any gratuitous porn, which seems to be a requirement for almost every mainstream Hollywood movie these days.

I mean... at first... but...

The ending is just devastating. It's so heartbreakingly tragic that Romeo and Juliet looks like a comedy in comparison. It’s the kind of sadness that makes you regret even watching it.

What did you guys think?

Honestly, the only thing I actually enjoyed about that movie was the popcorn I was snacking on while watching...

Honestly, if I’d been eating popcorn during that mess, I probably would’ve ended up throwing it back up. It’s easily one of the worst movies I’ve ever sat through.

edit : sad I just remembered that one scene where Daredevil meets Jennifer Garner and then they suddenly start brawling. If I didn't walk out of the theater during that part, I don't know what I'm capable of.😁

Honestly, I thought the movie was total garbage. Wouldn't you agree that Elektra was much better?

And don't even get me started on that comic book adaptation. I basically threw twenty bucks in the trash... 👎 👎

The only thing worth watching is Jennifer Garner (especially her physique 😁)

Plus the movie posters in theaters and on DVD...

Honestly, even just having the cover art on the DVD would be cool! 🙂

When you actually put him up against someone like the X-Men or Spider-Man, you start to realize just how much of a joke he really is...

It’s pretty wild scrolling back through these old threads from when superhero movies were still a niche thing. Nowadays, Marvel and DC just pump out multiple blockbusters every single year. :P
Give the Director's cut a fair shake; you might actually be surprised. 😉Those extra scenes really pull the whole narrative together.
Honestly, I didn't realize how much of a mess the movie actually was until I finished the series.
