We've got a movie! (First thread in Movies)

I actually picked up a DVD of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof from a local video rental shop... It was released right here in the States, totally official, complete with all the subtitles and everything.
Oh, and by the way... I still have TNT and Cartoon Network. My cable package from Disney includes them, along with five different Discovery Channel channels and a bunch of other stuff.😛 😁

Finally sat down to watch Memento. I think I’ll have to give it another look, though.

Believe it or not, a few years back, this forum wasn't nearly the disaster it is today. The Movie discussion board used to be one of the better spots here. It was just that the moderator, Kreso, would start a thread asking "What is Kreso watching tonight?" almost every single day, which really wore people down...

Anyway, I caught "Breathless" tonight. A few nights ago, I watched "Y Tu Mamá También"...

It’s funny how things lined up; this place just started looking the way it does right when this whole new forum setup kicked in.
Before all this, we were just hanging out on that old IMF forum over on Monitor.
Back then, hardly anyone was ever online. It was just a handful of us really getting into the forums and discovering what the internet actually had to offer.
