Need help interpreting a radiology report?

My mom just went in for a chest X-ray and this was the report she got back:

"On the standing summation image of the thoracic organs, there is a visible, pronounced horizontal interlobar fissure on the right side.
The diaphragmatic domes show normal, sharp contours. The lateral costophrenic sinuses are well-differentiated and clear. The hilar vascular pattern appears appropriate. There is an enlarged cardiac shadow and aortic configuration."

I’m completely lost here—could someone please break this down for me? I don't have the slightest clue
what any of this actually means. Thanks in advance for the help.

Based on this report, there's an image of an organ within the lung cavity. It mentions the sinuses are clear, open, and functioning normally. As for the heart, it shows some slight enlargement due to increased shadowing, but in most cases, that doesn't necessarily point to anything serious. Everything looks fine regarding the aorta as well. I am a bit confused by the mention of "sharp contours" regarding the spleen, though. If I could see the scan more closely, I might have a better idea of what that implies. Knowing the specific reason for the imaging would also help me give you a more helpful answer.

Aside from the fact that the heart looks slightly enlarged (which could easily be due to high blood pressure or similar issues), everything else seems fine? These are mostly just standard radiological terms used to describe a normal finding.👍
