I am currently twenty years of age, standing roughly five feet eleven inches tall and weighing in at about one hundred and seventy-five pounds... yet, quite frankly, my arms are so impossibly thin that it borders on the unbelievable. There is a specific section of my forearm that I can actually wrap my thumb and pinky finger around with ease, which is just absurd. While this isn't necessarily an issue that keeps me up at night, I find myself in this rather baffling situation where I seem to be gaining weight everywhere else on my body—absolutely everywhere—except for my arms. It makes no sense whatsoever, truly.

😛...everyone's got thinner wrists and forearms. No need to stress... honestly, you can't really "bulk up" that specific bone structure easily, you can only build muscle there...

I used to have skinny arms myself, so just hit up a local Gold's Gym
and you'll find everything works itself out

Are we talking about the upper arms and forearms here?

There are some exercises specifically for the forearm and that wrist area. There isn't much muscle there to begin with, though you probably don't have much there anyway.🙂 Just kidding. Honestly, your best bet is to hit up a local gym. You'll either figure it out on your own or someone will actually show you how to do it right.

Just try Googling those exercises.

He’s talking about his forearms, not his upper arms...🙄..he can certainly hit the gym, but he shouldn't expect much growth there. You can take all the protein in the world, but bone structure is what it is. Usually, people with more body fat have thicker wrists, but if you're naturally lean, they stay thin...😁..as soon as he gets tired...🙄

it'll thicken up, and I remember having tiny forearms myself before the muscle actually started growing
right down to the wrist, and if that doesn't cut it, then you might as well start popping steroids
because then everything expands, including the bone structure, until even your skull feels massive

It’s certainly not a matter of life and death, I suppose... yet, I find myself gripped by this nagging, rather unsettling sensation that my hand might just snap clean in two like a dry twig.

If it hasn't snapped by now, it isn't going to👍
Go do some pushups,
get a sweat going!
