Alright, let me run the numbers for a second.

12/146,316 = 0.0087%

Don't just sit there waiting—let’s wipe out those clones of his!

12/146,000 = 0.0082%

Sweet, I'm bringing him back. 🙂

Thanks, buddy! Give my best to the family.

They’re out here insulting people and spamming the board, all under the wing of one of the biggest trolls on the site—who also happens to be a moderator, Leonard Nimoy. Honestly, they’re clearly just trying to force a shutdown of this topic, so I figured the best move is to just lay out the facts and call it what it is...

12 regulars from the F1 subforum weighed in on Maminho’s status.
12 folks from the F1 section voted in favor of letting Maminho back into the Formula 1 discussions.
That includes two moderators—one current and one former F1 mod—and both of them are backing the decision to keep Maminho banned.

Everyone else chiming in? Just people who don't care, people who wouldn't have any connection to Maminho even if he were unbanned, or those soccer fans who just drifted over here specifically to troll.

So, it’s safe to say Maminho has the absolute, 100% support of the entire F1 community, including the mods. Now, it’s totally up to the site admins to decide if they’ll let him back into the F1 subforum or not.

😂

btw, it's spelled "succeed."

Yawn. ☕

He’s been treated like a total dog more times than your precious little mama ever was, but obviously you wouldn't know anything about that, so you're just talking nonsense.

Is this still that whole "I'm Mommy's little boy and you can't touch me" routine?

So, your protégé basically spammed fifty different threads just to clog up two pages of the football sub—it’s practically an educational deep dive, but clearly, you don't have the capacity to grasp it.

Mom's got nothing.🙂

So, let me get this straight—you’re claiming that absolutely nobody on Reddit has kids, nieces, younger brothers, or sisters? Honestly, you are taking things completely out of context now and turning this into a total joke!🙂
It looks like Mommy taught you a thing or two about how to troll!🙂

Not quite. Reddit is an entire online community, whereas the F1 section is tiny—I’d even call it a microscopic slice of that user base. To be honest, the rest of the community doesn't want them back.
Let’s not forget that this group also includes the moderators and admins—all of whom are huge fans of Manny Pacquiao! threatened Honestly, I think God probably stepped in just to save him from getting hit with a massive abuse report—not to mention a call to the police!

Edward Howard2
It’s not quite the same thing. If Manny Pacquiao had his account unbanned, I honestly think he’d think twice before trying to run a soccer clone account. He wouldn't want to risk another permanent ban—especially one where there's zero chance of coming back—and he definitely wouldn't want to lose the support of his buddies over on the Formula 1 subforum.

It really is the same thing. In fact, I'd argue it's even more telling because nobody actually sat him down and dictated the terms to him. In that moment, he showed everyone his true colors.🙂

Because they've been permanently banned! You really think people haven't tried helping? Let me tell you, those guys never even had half the "chances" Manny Pacquiao had, nor did they cause nearly as much trouble as he did.

And just to throw this out there: people have been slapped with permanent bans for just two or three problematic clone accounts, yet here you all are, demanding justice for a guy with over 30 clones. It feels a bit hypocritical, doesn't it?🙂
Justice for Uros 🙂 Google it if you don't know what that means.

Fine. If that’s how you want to define "community," go ahead. Though we both know you don't actually believe that; you're just saying it because it suits your narrative. Feel free to reintegrate him into that tiny little bubble.
As for me, I only feel any sense of connection within the two specific sub-forums I actually visit. For instance, I don't know a single one of these guys from the sports section, and our relationship is entirely one-sided—we're total strangers.

Oh, give me a break... seriously, who actually started this? Who was the first one to come flying in with links to posts that have absolutely nothing to do with what we're even talking about here? And who was the first person on this site to start picking fights and calling out other users?
I really hope nobody starts bringing up those old, childish comments that got someone permanently banned in the first place, because if they do, then everyone else on this site is going to see exactly what kind of spammy behavior you guys are trying to defend... 🙏

So you're saying I'm a spammer too? One of the absolute worst ones out there? 🤷

And a troll? 🤷

I'm not just talking nonsense. I haven't spent a single post defending how Maminho insulted people. I actually know who he targeted better than you do. He even went after F1 legend Seb, who turned out to be a much bigger man by moving past it and showing him support during his last shot at glory. If Seb can forgive him, I don't see why you care so much about who was insulted when it wasn't even you.
Maminho definitely said some stupid stuff, but hey, he expressed regret and is asking for forgiveness for those comments. I'm just one of those people who believes things can be fixed if you actually give someone a fair shake.

Look, just because my old man got banned from Reddit, doesn't mean F1 isn't basically a subset of Reddit.

From what I recall, he had already been permanently banned once, so he actually *was* given a second chance, and well... he pretty much blew that one too, so I suppose that's that 🙂

We’re talking about partial bans across every single sub-forum except F1, all for some guy—okay, fine, this kid—who has broken the rules over and over, been warned repeatedly, banned multiple times, and even brought back from a permanent ban(!)... and for what? To set a precedent that's standing on incredibly shaky ground...
