mellowtiger83 said:The regulations you’re pointing to have been pushed back to 2022.

2021 will essentially mirror this year, just with minor car modifications, since everyone is already preoccupied with the 2022 overhaul and the shift in regulations.

Not to mention, Ferrari will be debuting an entirely new engine in 2021.

That energy—and those ten minutes you spent piecing together those three sentences devoid of substance, sense, or logic—would have been better spent actually educating yourself on the topic of my original post.
Specifically, the technical regulation changes for the 2021 season regarding aerodynamic packages, and how that impacts the current aero concepts used by different teams.

We're all friends here, but I really don't enjoy watching you embarrass yourself like this.
Nothing to say to that.

It’s been a while since I’ve seen this much built-up frustration, especially heading into a race like this one.🍿

Speaking in reptilian terms? It’s just plain old bullshit.

I don't know what you're trying to say with that, but I'm not following. says:
Man, you talk so much nonsense it’s actually exhausting to read. 🤦

It’s even harder when you can't actually see what's happening right in front of you. 🙂
Of course, when you can't see or understand what's going on, everyone around you just sounds like they're talking nonsense.

Charles Leclerc is screwed. He’s got zero fresh softs left, and he managed to burn through both sets of new mediums and a fresh set of softs during Q2. Just great.
He’s down to his last set of hards.

Charles Leclerc is starting on softs because he ran them during Q3.
Will he actually win the race and show decent pace on used softs or hards? Maybe in your dreams, but honestly? Not happening.🙂

We'll see how George Russell manages. Honestly, even if he struggles, I don't think he'll drop too far down the order; he's driving a Mercedes, after all, and that technical advantage should be enough to mask any issues with his race pace.

1. Walter is carrying way too much weight on his shoulders
2. George Russell has a massive opportunity here
3. Max Verstappen is just pure chaos
4. The rest of the grid? We already know how messy things get

Honestly... I’m expecting some Monza-style madness at the finish

1. Perez
2. Ricciardo
3. Gasly

🎉

Hey, someone drop a decent link before we start... if you please. 🍿

Seriously though, I was looking at the last race. I honestly don't get people who don't just bookmark these pages—like, come on, stay sane!

Self-proclaimed experts acting all serious while drawing conclusions right after FP1.😵
People join this forum just to debate whether this race will be a make-or-break moment for Lewis and the whole saga.🤦 🤦
Various Vangas and Nostradamus predicts everything.😲

I feel like if you took the crowd from those PDF comment sections and put them in a live meeting, they'd stay busy for hours.

What kind of low-life tactics are these? Where is the respect for the person you're talking to? Where is the respect for the athlete?

stormybadger8 said:What does the button layout on a Teddy Bear have to do with which engine is sitting in a Williams Racing car? 🙄

I wasn't saying Noup wouldn't drive...
He'd still be driving and he'd still have the best car on the grid, but he still wouldn't see a title coming his way...

Not a bit.

I suppose that’s probably why I decided to leave out that whole bit about the buttons when I was quoting him in my previous reply 😵

mellowtiger83 said:Max wins today. Bottas isn't even capable of a win anymore; maybe Russell will take it. Bottas has mentally checked out this year. He simply can't handle the pressure.

And it’s just not true that anyone could do what Russell is doing. Not a chance. He stepped into a brand-new car with a completely different button layout, an awkward driving position, smaller shoes, and so on. The balance is different, the braking points are different—everything is different compared to Williams. Everything. And he had two or three practice sessions to get used to the machine.

It is perfectly clear at this point: Russell is a better, faster driver than Bottas, and perhaps even on par with Hamilton.

So, I went ahead and used bold text just now for those folks who, well, perhaps possess more... diesel-powered engines 😁

So you're saying it's the exact same strategy Sebastian Vettel used, except Vettel didn't make it into Q3? I don't see the issue here. A Soft > hard > Soft / Medium (with a one-lap stint) is absolutely plenty. There’s no way he’s going to lose a whole second on an empty tank just because of one qualifying lap on Softs—especially since they knocked out 5 or 6 fast laps on them during FP without any trouble.
