ruggedeagle10 said:Let me start by getting this straight right out of the gate... I’ve noticed a few threads popping up lately with similar content regarding Religion, and even here on the FBI boards over the last couple of days. I actually started drafting this on Saturday morning, so please don't assume I'm only opening this now because of those other topics. No, that isn't it. I was under a ban, so the folks over in the Religion section beat me to the punch! 😁

So, here we are... honestly, I'm not even sure where the best place to begin would be. 🙂 The subject at hand is the Moderatura Religion PDF—and let me be perfectly clear from the start: I know this might make your eyes roll or leave you feeling a bit disillusioned, but it is high time this was addressed. It needs to be resolved, if only so I can get some clarity and decide whether there is even any point in continuing to write on this forum at all.

I am not going to complain, nor am I lodging a formal grievance against my own recent ban. There was no reason to appeal it, because as you will see in the following text, I requested it myself. I will explain and clarify exactly why. Instead, I want to address the underlying conditions that lead to such situations—the actual ROOT cause of the problem. If there is even a genuine desire to fix things, that is where we have to start. After all, why would anyone actively seek out a ban for themselves? Why?? Clearly, something extraordinary and noteworthy has occurred in this instance, hasn't it? Or rather, is currently occurring.

Now, let me tell you exactly what is happening and why. Regarding the Moderatura Religion PDF, it is primarily led by moderator rowdyhawk10, who is followed closely by moderator Nicole James, whose tyranny and abuse of her position and authority is nearly identical. I don't care how ridiculous this sounds to you, or how many of you might be rolling your eyes right now... frankly, I don't care, because it is simply the truth. This is a matter of fact, a reality that any honest visitor to that PDF who is familiar with the current state of affairs—and understands how things truly operate there—would have to admit. That sentence summarizes the situation perfectly... and now, I will elaborate on the long version.

It is common knowledge that being perfectly just and unbiased is an impossible standard. We are only human, after all—small, imperfect creatures. Nobody expects perfection from us, and certainly not from moderators in their official capacities. That much is clear. However, what is obvious is also excessive, and what is too much is simply too much. My fellow forum member, Rebecca Rivera2, has already pointed this out on several occasions (though she has also overstepped at times, but then again, who wouldn't after facing so much injustice, especially personally?) She has accurately depicted the situation and repeatedly highlighted the failures and omissions of moderator Nicole James. I believe that despite the refusal to address her points, the issue remains glaringly obvious... and since I largely agree with her arguments presented here... http://www.reddit.com/showthread.php?t=455682 I will instead speak about the second "school of thought" operating there, which complements Nicole James's style quite seamlessly: the school of rowdyhawk10. It sounds a bit silly calling it a "school," 🙄 but I can't think of a better way to describe it right now; it captures the essence of the situation. As you know, Nicole James is an atheist, while rowdyhawk10 is a Muslim. We can all agree that neither side, nor either worldview, finds comfort in Christianity or the Christians who present its arguments and bear witness to it. That isn't the problem; I understand that. It’s fine if you don't like it. Freedom of opinion, freedom of belief, and freedom of speech MUST be afforded to everyone. But that is precisely where the trouble begins. The problem arises when that very freedom is systematically and repeatedly trampled upon and deleted on the Religion PDF by the aforementioned moderators through the abuse of the positions entrusted to them.

I could pull an enormous number of examples—posts, entries, and debates—that would prove and demonstrate this, but that would be an exhausting task, digging through old threads to hunt down every single instance. Instead, I will highlight just a few. First, moderator Nicole James has a certain circle of forum members (if I need to list them by username later, I will, as I have reported their posts multiple times for blatant rule violations without any sanction being applied) whom she looks the other way for. She allows them, to a certain extent, to insult, mock, go off-topic, and troll, all for the purpose of provoking others. When those others inevitably bite—driven by the desire to respond or express their own legitimate opposing views—they are swiftly sanctioned and silenced via summary judgment. Meanwhile, "Nicole's crew," who share her worldview, enjoy a certain level of credit, unless they truly go too far by using explicit profanity, at which point she is forced to react because she can no longer make excuses. But the POINT is this: certain users are protected to a degree because they share a similar worldview, and their violations of the rules are tolerated just enough so that when members of a different worldview try to correct them or respond, they are flagged for being "off-topic" and immediately face sanctions. For the "inner circle," however, such sanctions are incredibly, incredibly rare.

That covers the situation regarding Ego-. However, this logic applies equally to rowdyhawk10—though I can't say he coddles quite as many users as his colleague does. That said, he has one specific user, "Nemruth Dagi," who more than makes up for it, and I’ll use her as the perfect example of how this all works... As for this particular poster, I honestly cannot recall if she has ever received a single warning, a sanction, or even a slap on the wrist. Looking back now, I don't see a single instance where she was hit with a yellow card on any thread. Just imagine treating a yellow card as a mere suggestion 😲 while others are facing red cards. I have personally reported her multiple times for blatant off-topic rambling, trolling, and other nonsense... (And believe me, I don't enjoy reporting people; it truly leaves a bad taste in my mouth... I only do it because I want the moderation to be impartial toward everyone.) So, what is the reality here? If I choose not to report an obnoxious post and instead respond to it myself, I get sanctioned. But when I actually take the time to report it, nothing happens. In neither scenario is the issue resolved. It feels as though the only way to exist here is to remain completely silent, which effectively means I'm not even part of this community. My mouth is being shut no matter how I approach it, leaving me with nothing to do but sit back and read provocations! What kind of logic is that??

In short, based on her posting history, that user should probably go by the handle "Troll" rather than "Nemruth..." She systematically posts content that runs contrary to Christian doctrine, Christian philosophy, and the Christian worldview—often doing so in ways that are strictly forbidden and frankly shameful. Yet, by the moderation team—specifically rowdyhawk10, who seems perfectly comfortable with this given his Islamic background—she remains protected and shielded from any accountability. And I mean that literally; she is untouchable. Now, listen, I wouldn't mind if people wanted to spit, insult, or mock; that doesn't bother me. Honestly, I just feel pity for people like that. The real issue arises when, while this behavior is tolerated, the other side—specifically Christians—is hunted down and sanctioned for even the slightest slip-up. This creates a stifling environment that crushes freedom of speech and the ability to express opinions or respond to provocateurs! When I report provocation in the form of trolling or off-topic chatter, nothing comes of it. But the moment I step in to correct the record because the moderators are clearly incapable of doing so, sanctions fly at lightning speed and suddenly the police are at my door! Perhaps it sounds ridiculous—feel free to laugh—but that is the reality of the situation, and I suspect many would agree. To avoid any confusion: I am not suggesting that there aren't trolls within the Christian community who use unacceptable language and methods; they are rightfully sanctioned, and I fully support that. The problem isn't them; the problem is the blatant double standard being applied to the other side, which is exactly why I am writing this here today.

I don't really feel like quoting everything anymore. It all just feels like one big mess of trolling and spam. Instead of just rambling about vague nebulas, maybe it would be better to actually consider what exactly it is that causes Nicole James and me to see eye to eye. 🙂

It seems like a few of you want to ensure that nobody can challenge your views, essentially trying to turn this Religion forum into your own little clerical echo chamber where Christianity and Christians become untouchable sacred cows.

Nobody is actually stopping you Christians from sharing your views.

So, what you're saying is essentially one massive lie. The only things being restricted (for ALL MEMBERS) are trolling, spamming, and personal insults... and that applies to you as well. When Walnut (a Christian, right?) stepped up as a moderator, we all gave him a warm welcome. As for why you feel threatened by certain fair and rational dogmas—things like the God-man concept or redemption on the Holy Cross—and therefore want to find ways to suppress them, well, that’s entirely on you. People need to be able to express their views, even if those views happen to rub you the wrong way. It's just like how you express your own opinions without anyone stepping in to stop you.

Does anyone actually have an issue with people expressing their religious views? I don't think so. 🤷

So, gentlemen, I suppose it might be wise to get used to enduring different perspectives with a bit more dignity.

Get used to this: Religion isn't a Christian forum, nor does it belong to anyone else. It’s an open forum where anyone can express their views, provided they don't run afoul of the site rules. You can find the forum rules here: Rules of conduct for the Religion subforum.

If you haven't already arranged to be kicked off that moderator seat you're abusing so perfidiously and rudely, then I truly don't know what else to tell you.

Are you really going to try telling me how to manage my own thread—the very thread I opened to explain this situation—by labeling it as trolling or spam???🙄 🙏

Take a look at the current status of the SurveyMonkey poll and wait for the others—the majority who haven't weighed in yet—to finish... then we’ll see who here is actually lying and deceiving people!👍

As for the rest of this... once again, you're providing plenty of ammunition for me to dismantle your argument, but there's no sense in responding to such nonsense. I'm done paying attention to it.😉

Didn't I explicitly state in my post that I don't want debates in this thread? I am expecting a statement from the admin and for people to vote in the poll... because anyone with eyes can see that there has been far too much arguing already!

There you have it... 😁

Please, don't exaggerate. Plenty of people are unhappy with the current state of things here, specifically within the Religion section. No one is looking to be a "sacred cow," but no one wants to be a doormat for others either, regardless of whether you permit it or not. It seems you have a serious perception issue; you really ought to recall certain moments on this forum when Jewish users were dismantling your concepts and how much that bothered you. Why is it suddenly problematic that most Christians and many other users notice the dire state of the Religion section—a state that exists largely thanks to you? You've swung from one extreme to the other. You allowed the disparagement and insults of religious people simply because you personally feared this section would turn into a clericalist stronghold (something about which, frankly, you have no clue). Please realize that you have gone too far.

No one is stopping you Christians from expressing your views!

...

Does anyone actually mind you sharing your religious perspectives?! No! 🤷

So, gentlemen, get used to enduring the opinions of others (even if they differ).

Good grief. Nobody ever claimed that Christians aren't allowed to express their views; the issue is that Christians are being devalued, which is evident even in your own posts. Some of your statements have been accused of being anti-Christian—personally, I've seen some decidedly negative stances in them—yet you're telling a completely different story?
And get used to it: Religion isn't a Christian forum, nor does it belong to anyone else. It's a free forum where everyone can express their stance, provided it doesn't violate the site rules. Here are the rules for you: Rules of Conduct for the Religion Subforum

I believe you yourself are in violation of those very same rules, yet you only seem to invoke them by default when they happen to benefit Christians. Those rules aren't meant for a moderator to cling to blindly; they exist to provide guidance for when things start spiraling out of control.

If you want my honest opinion, the quality of this section has weakened significantly under your rather questionable moderation, along with your colleagues. However, you personally have fought against Christians more than they have; they haven't always been present to intervene. That is simply the reality of the situation.

No Nick, look,
I’m not quite unhinged enough to waste my time nitpicking with you people. Honestly, what you’re putting out there is just a collection of baseless nonsense.
Just give me ONE single, concrete, and clear argument proving that I’m actually a threat to you. Until then, I’m out. 👋

Have you misunderstood things once again? 😂 Look, I wasn't talking about any kind of personal threat—if I had, you’d just accuse me of making this entire thing about myself, which would be completely nonsensical. Everything I wrote was simply my response to your rambling nonsense.

Enjoy yourself. 🙂

Isn't it a bit of a conflict of interest when an Islamic believer moderates Christian topics using nothing but their own Islamic "logic"—the kind that treats Christianity like it’s just some fairy tale?

Honestly, I’ve just been sitting here watching rowdyhawk10 fight for the Truth with this weird kind of respect—the guy is so dialed into the Spirit that he can see right through the fake personas people use to mess with good folks.
You have to remember that according to Islam, polytheism is the ultimate sin, so from the perspective of someone as enlightened as rowdyhawk10, Christians are basically the biggest sinners out there.
So, yeah,
even with all of rowdyhawk10's hate speech toward Christians—which isn't just noticed by the regular users, but even by some of the forum admins—I still think we should tip our hats to him. There's a real chance his whole persona was actually meant to be a new prophet—the kind of figure that Jews, Christians, and Muslims are all waiting for!

The truth is, the admin team led by Bellwether, along with the owner (who is fully aware of the hate speech happening on the site), realized this a long time ago. That's why they don't bother reacting to the nonsense being flagged; they know what really matters for the greater good—uniting everyone under "Islam according to Shady."

rowdyhawk10 is with you 🙏😍

The moderation on the Religion PDF isn't perfect. I've even taken a couple of bans myself for reasons I think were pretty flimsy, but looking at the current protests, this is a very accurate description of the situation.

Listen, you troll and provocateur lurking around the Religion section—you're exactly one of those types I mentioned earlier, the kind I’d personally see fit to deal with via an immediate, permanent ban so you could never touch that PDF again!

If the moderation on the PDF was truly "not ideal," as you claim, "not ideal" I would be the first person demanding ten gold medals for that PDF, its moderators, and this entire forum, nominating us as the premier medium for exchanging ideas. In fact, I’d demand that our two famous, legendary moderators be given total autonomy over the entire site, not just the Religion section, because they manage one of the most challenging PDFs with such ease and success that they might as well be declared life-long admins and untouchable kings of this forum!

Is that clear enough for you?

Not only are you trolling and stirring up trouble in the Religion section, but you actually have the audacity to be the first one to jump on this thread—again—after I have stated more times than I can count that I DO NOT WANT any debates, especially not the kind filled with your fake, deceptive, and trolling statements!

I've had enough of this nonsense. I responded once to rowdyhawk10's post, and that was that!

THEREFORE, THERE WILL BE NO DEBATE ON THIS THREAD. ALL I WANT IS FOR PEOPLE TO VOTE IN THE SURVEYMONKEY POLL AND THEN HAVE THE AUTHORITIES TAKE ACTION... PERIOD. FULL STOP.

ADMINS, SORT THIS OUT!

That is just how you see things from your perspective. Of course, not everyone is going to agree with you. In essence, your view regarding Christians is quite one-dimensional, and frankly, even the atheists wouldn't call the state of Religion "super," especially when compared to how Christians are treated. For me, this is enough; expecting universal agreement would be asking far too much. 🙂

I would like the moderator of this PDF, Mr. Tyndall—who, by the way, is a member of the "DIO" association and is quite closely linked to > and his crew—to please state, clearly and specifically, what exactly constitutes trolling in my previous post

Which comment in that thread actually falls outside the scope of my specific self-initiated topic? If I am the one who started this discussion, shouldn't I be the one to determine its intended direction and define what might actually qualify as trolling within it? What kind of circus is this? 😂

I believe the situation has been described with surgical precision. For instance, I am here again, and once more here I have posed the question of providing just one single argument regarding this supposed threat. I still haven't received one. Therefore, it seems quite clear that the issue lies solely in the fact that all forum members (which certainly includes Christians) need to get used to differing opinions, maintain their dignity, and respect interlocutors who think differently. If a topic is sensitive, one should defend their own positions through a civilized approach and sufficient arguments, without resorting to personal motives, "suspicious intentions", or other levels of psychological profiling of an opponent who holds a different view. That has been a very frequent occurrence so far: "We know what you're up to...!!!" — and then they lash out personally. And when we don't do that, it turns out we are somehow threatening someone.

What trolling is, is defined in the Reddit rules and the rules of the Religion sub-forum.

Your post is trolling. A man with over 3,000 posts who has been on the Religion sub-forum for a very long time and knows things here quite well has expressed his opinion on the current state of affairs. He didn't call anyone a provocateur, he didn't call anyone out by name, nor did he launch a personal attack against anyone. Yet you, in replying to him, begin right from the start like this:"Look, you're just being a troll and a provocateur..."

You spend time describing Tyndall and pointing out which group he belongs to, essentially trying to disqualify him beforehand as someone biased or unfair.

Or consider when someone starts a somewhat sensitive thread regarding Christianity (where they present a viewpoint that contradicts official Church teaching) and then someone jumps in with a comment like: "Listen, you troll and provocateur acting on religion, you're one of those..." Or perhaps: "We all know who you are and what kind of person you are (insert various insults here)", "we know people like you; you're part of that (this or that) crowd".

For those who haven't been following closely: this isn't some massive wave of complaints. It involves far too few people to be making such a huge scene about it. At the same time, I'd ask everyone currently protesting—and anyone who has ever protested over anything—to move toward actual, concrete action. Everything can be fixed if there is genuine will. Perhaps, out of respect for our time, it would be better to simply send moderators direct messages without getting bogged down in endless details or tiny specifics to point out a particular issue. For instance, mention if someone is constantly breaking the rules, or if there's an issue with a specific thread. That way, things could be resolved much more efficiently as they happen. Best regards.

But here’s the real deal—the Truth is that there are about 30 regular users on the Religion sub-forum who are seriously fed up with how you moderate, and it’s been going on for a long, long time.
And look, it’s not just Christians we're talking about—Muslims and agnostics are feeling it too.

I have to admit, rowdyhawk10, I used to be totally into your posts. You actually made me hang around the Religion section more often than I probably should.
When you stepped up as a moderator, I was one of the first people cheering you on, thinking, "Man, this sub just got the best moderator ever." To someone just skimming the surface, you might still seem like the perfect fit—but honestly? That couldn't be further from the truth.

I’ve been calling out your moderation for a year now—sometimes politely, sometimes... well, not so politely (which isn't my best look, I get it)—because the injustice you dish out is driving me crazy. It's not just directed at Christians; it's hitting Muslims and anyone else who doesn't jump through your hoops.

Personally, I’ve never had a run-in with you, so maybe I’m being a bit more objective than most, but the people complaining about your unfair deletions, warnings, and permanent bans? They're right.

You are a terrible moderator. Just, plain bad.
Please, for the sake of Miro—and yes, I capitalized that for a reason—just step down from the mod role and go back to being a regular user. Let us actually enjoy your posts again. Don't force us all to start turning our backs on you—because, honestly, besides legal threats and making headlines (which none of us really want to deal with, even if it's still an option on the table), that's all we've got left.

Just be rowdyhawk10 again—the guy we actually liked and thought was cool.

I’m laying this all out here completely straight and from the heart. I'm making it public because I want everyone to see it—especially those who have forgotten the good parts of you because of the constant unfairness you're pushing.

Best,

Therefore, it seems quite clear that the issue lies solely in the fact that all forum members (which certainly includes Christians) need to get used to differing opinions, maintain their dignity, and respect interlocutors who think differently. If a topic is sensitive, one should defend their own positions through a civilized approach and sufficient arguments, without resorting to personal motives, "suspicious intentions", or other levels of psychological profiling of an opponent who holds a different view. Just one single example of your being threatened. Is anyone here preventing you from expressing your beliefs and life stances in complete freedom? I expect an honest answer.

I don't know about you guys, but I've been thinking lately about how much noise there is out there. People love to argue about things they barely understand, acting like they’ve got some divine insight when they’re really just shouting into the void. It's like watching people fight over which brand of bottled water is more "pure" while they're standing in the middle of a desert. Take the religious debates we see all the time. It’s always the same cycle: someone drops a heavy line from the Bible or the Quran, thinks they've won the argument, and then waits for the backlash. They treat these ancient texts like legal briefs instead of what they actually are—guides for the soul, if you believe that sort of thing. But most people just use them as weapons to hit others with. It reminds me of those endless internet arguments on Reddit where everyone thinks they're an expert on theology or philosophy after reading one Wikipedia entry. You get these folks who act like they have a direct line to the Holy Spirit, looking down on anyone who doesn't follow their specific brand of Christianity or Islam. It’s exhausting. At the end of the day, most of this posturing is just ego. We crave certainty because the alternative—admitting we don't have all the answers—is terrifying. We build these massive walls of doctrine and tradition just to feel safe, but all we're really doing is building our own cages. Whether it's through organized religion or some niche philosophy, we're all just trying to find a way to make sense of the chaos, even if we have to scream to do it.
Just a pure Christian theme here, since we were talking about the Bible... not the Honorable Quran.
Of course, you came chasing me all over Reddit after I shut down your provocations, looking for any excuse to get me banned. And we both know how easy that is... just citing the rules and whatever else. 😉
So, I’m asking you again, and this time, give it to me straight. Don't dance around it—just give me an honest answer. So, you're asking if Christianity is just some fairy tale to me? Look, everyone has their own take on what's real and what's just good storytelling, but I don't deal in labels like "fairy tale." It's more about whether the foundation holds up when things get heavy. Some people find their anchor in it, others see it as nothing more than ancient myth. I’m just sitting here watching the gears turn. You know how it goes... God-man, the Virgin Mary, the Holy Spirit, the Holy Cross, the Son of God, and so on and so forth.
If you’re going to chime in just because you aren't a Christian, why do you think you have any right to lecture someone else or act like a judge over their own faith?
Is it just because your ego is bruised? Or are Christians actually pagans and idolaters that you're supposed to be fighting against according to Islam?
I think it’s both, but the atheists running this forum can't—and frankly, don't want to—wrap their heads around that.
Nah, you just understand the "vibe" here perfectly. The owners have basically given you a massive head start for your own little private Jihad.
May Allah reward you one day based on your own merits of honesty and honor.

This is just relativistic fluff—you're talking in circles without actually saying anything or proving a damn thing. Give me one concrete, crystal-clear example. Just one single instance where you felt threatened. Is anyone here actually stopping you from expressing your beliefs or your lifestyle in total freedom? I’m looking for an honest answer.

It’s all laid out above and quoted. That’s it. one An example from X. Quote.

What exactly counts as trolling? You can find the whole breakdown in the Reddit rules and the specific guidelines for the Religion subforum.

I don't know about you, but I’ve seen this movie before. People love to dive headfirst into these heavy debates like they're actually going to find some grand revelation, but most of the time, it’s just people shouting into the void. It’s the same old pattern. You get one person throwing out a half-baked idea, and then everyone else jumps in to tear it apart or defend it with zero nuance. It's exhausting. We act like we're searching for the ultimate Truth, but really, we're just looking for an echo chamber that agrees with our specific brand of nonsense. Honestly, it feels less like a deep philosophical discussion and more like watching kids fight over a toy in a sandbox. Everyone thinks their perspective is the only one that matters, and nobody wants to admit that the reality is probably a lot messier and more boring than the drama they're trying to stir up.
Take a look...
If you need more proof, there’s plenty where that came from. One person on this forum warned you X times about trolling... naturally, after you spent X times trolling threads specifically about Christianity.
So, is that just trolling, or is it something worse? Like mockery?
And who’s going to punish you for it?
...well, nobody... which is exactly why you keep doing it. You troll, you provoke, you mock... and when a Christian finally pushes back, you shut up, only to go off somewhere else on a different thread later to settle the score out of pure spite, hiding behind the Reddit rules, which can be twisted a thousand different ways. Clever. 😉
...or maybe just dirty.

Your post is nothing but trolling. A guy with over 3,000 posts who has been in the Religion section forever and knows the landscape here pretty well was just stating his opinion on the current state of things. He didn't call anyone a provocateur, he didn't name names, and he didn't launch any personal attacks. But you, replying to him, jump straight in with: "Listen here, you troll and provocateur..."
You try to smear Tyndall by pointing out what kind of social circle he runs with, just so you can disqualify him as being biased or unfair right off the bat.

In your posts, you basically characterized all Christians as people whose logic is broken because they believe in fairy tales. Things like... the Holy Cross, the Virgin Mary, God-made-man, salvation through Christ... and so on and so forth.
Disqualifying him...? Or maybe just mocking him. How do you not feel even a shred of shame writing something like that to No Nick? Do you even have a conscience?
If you don't have a conscience as a human being, I'll just assume religious dogma has "taken" you, leaving you unable to reason normally because your "logic" is as fried as ours Christians—who apparently can't be unbiased moderators because we're too "infected" by dogma.
...or maybe you're just a fraud. 😉

Or take those times when someone opens a slightly controversial topic regarding Christianity (where they present a view that goes against official Church teaching) and then someone jumps in with: "Listen here, you troll and provocateur acting out in the Religion section, you're one of those..." Or: "We all know who you are and what kind of person you are (insert insults here)", or "We know your type, you're one of *that* crowd."[/I]

Find me a single thread where someone from "that crowd" wrote like that without being provoked by this specific case or by your, shall we say, questionable moderation...

For those who haven't been following closely: this isn't some massive wave of complaints. It's a very small number of people, not enough to make a reputation out of it. At the same time, I'm asking everyone currently protesting—and anyone who has ever protested for anything—to move toward actual action. Everything can be fixed if there's a will to do it.

Do you still not realize that a huge group of people, both officially and unofficially, is accusing you of inadequate moderation? To put it mildly. ☕
As for me, I personally accuse you of conducting a Jihad on this forum, hidden behind a thin veil of authority!
And let's be clear, I have nothing against Islam or Muslims, but I do have an issue with people like you who perversely abuse their position. And a Christian moderator would say the exact same thing.
You’re a long way from the person you claim to be...
...because even when you're wearing handcuffs, those footprints in the snow don't just disappear.

Honestly, if we want to respect everyone's time, people should just send a quick DM to the moderators instead of writing an entire novel about every tiny detail. Just point out the specific issue—like someone constantly breaking the rules or a thread that's gone off the rails. It would make handling things much smoother. Best,

Between all your constant trolling in threads about Christianity and that ridiculous "Christian Crusade" nonsense you keep posting about, you've become one of our biggest headaches, rowdyhawk10. Sadly enough.

And while we're at it... I have absolutely nothing against Nicole James.
...so you might want to ask yourself, FELLOW BELIEVER, why that is.

Peace be upon you... brother.

Best,

Good grief, you really are an exhausting person. Tell me, how exactly does this work for you? Come on, walk me through it—how do you actually enjoy being like this? 😢

Just look at the sheer volume of people messaging you and what they’re actually saying. There are dozens of links and quotes out there that validate every single point I made in that lengthy breakdown where I laid everything out—a situation that, I might add, over 80% of people here actually agree with. What exactly is it that you're failing to grasp? If it's truly that elusive, please, let me know; I'm more than happy to walk you through it again. What part of this is still unclear to you?

Are you looking for proof? Well, here it is. I’ve included a link to my writing where I lay out exactly how people claim Christians are mentally unstable simply because of their faith—and how they argue that those who wear a cross are actually fueling political agendas rooted in oppression and cruelty. Now, I ask you: can someone with that specific mindset truly be an objective, unbiased, or fair moderator? What more evidence do you need? Seriously, what? It’s honestly just pathetic. Slow. i Pitiful. If you actually possess even a shred of common sense, then that should be more than enough for you.

Best regards.

Of course he didn't name anyone specifically as a provocateur... but who else would he name? Me? Am I some kind of provocateur? I called him out by name because that is exactly what he is. Do you really need proof?

Do you see my previous posts above where I stated that... I have no desire for this. Let’s be clear: this thread isn't intended for debate, and frankly, it's not even a space for you to occupy. So, what exactly is your objective here? You show up uninvited, spouting nothing but deceptive nonsense when nobody ever reached out to ask for your opinion or requested your input. What else would you call that if not blatant trolling?

What exactly was that individual doing—the one I would unhesitatingly label a troll and a provocateur? He was trolling just as relentlessly as you were, jumping in to stir the pot immediately after my very first posts. So, you’re looking for proof? You really think a simple demonstration or a collection of facts is enough to satisfy the hunger for certainty? It’s an interesting request, though perhaps a bit naive. In a world where everyone claims to hold the absolute truth, what does "proof" actually mean to you? Is it something tangible you can hold in your hands, or is it just a concept we cling to when we feel the ground shifting beneath our feet? I wonder if anyone truly ever finds what they are searching for, or if we are all just chasing shadows in the dark.?

Exactly. I’m just describing Tyndall exactly as he is. Have I perhaps misrepresented anything?

I didn't disqualify him... he disqualified himself. He proved his own bias and unfairness by how he chose to handle me. To mine. This thread deserves a formal warning. As for everyone else—including my friend Nicole James, who keeps posting things like, "Another thread about me... oh, how wonderful am I?"—what exactly is that supposed to be? It’s blatant trolling, plain and simple. And then there’s you, popping up here when nobody asked for your opinion, trolling just like you do in so many other threads regarding Religion... even though the rules clearly state that... There is no debate to be had.)

So, he’s handing me a ban, but for what, exactly? I am still sitting here, searching and waiting for a specific, concrete answer as to what was actually wrong with that post. Which exact words? Which specific sentence triggered this? Was it just trolling? I am asking for a real explanation.

This attempt of yours to disqualify me by claiming that I am trying to disqualify someone else simply doesn't hold water, because... 😉 Because the Lord did it for my own sake—just as you do it for yours! 🙂

Do you understand? If you don't, then what else am I supposed to say to you? There isn't much more help I can offer, because you are simply blind, my dear @shady. You're blind because you're being led by darkness and a desperate craving for deception.Does one truly require concrete proof? Or is the weight of intuition and lived experience enough to settle the matter????

What a pathetic, insidious, and downright rude lie... just one of many you use to bluff and deceive those who aren't sufficiently well-versed in the situation. But many of us are quite familiar with you, rowdyhawk10, and both you and your meager, pitiful methods have been thoroughly exposed!

Just look at the SurveyMonkey results; that is merely a minority, yet it serves as a perfect mirror of public opinion. 🙂 Go ahead, point to any single post of mine from any of my threads that would disqualify me or suggest that everything I write here isn't the Truth... just one!

You are nothing more than one person to me, if you can even find such a thing... and for every single one of your claims (though I don't even know which 🙂 ), I will find three of my own to throw back at you. Three! Three posts that confirm your bias, your lack of objectivity, and your hostility and disgust toward a certain "group" of people... thereby proving once and for all that you are a liar and a deceiver!

Go on then, try to dig them up... 🙂

Your deceptions won't fly anymore; everything is clear now. People aren't blind, rowdyhawk10. Please, stop embarrassing yourself... I am writing this because of you!

Fine, if you want peace of mind and to settle your conscience, I will withdraw and I won't write on this Reddit anymore... truly, I won't be here. Just leave people alone so they can write and enjoy themselves, and step down from being a moderator. Relinquish a role that you are clearly incapable of performing fairly and justly given your current state of mind. It's obvious: you are obsessed and blinded, rowdyhawk10, and this is pointless! Leave people alone!

I've already lost the will to write here because of this sickness you've created, and there's no sense in participating anymore. Let's end this now without any lingering issues... you step down from moderation and leave people in peace, and I will depart. Does that work for you?

I stepped away from the Religion PDF about six months ago, just waiting for rowdyhawk10 to finally phase himself out.
The guy is narrow-minded (just like his version of "Religion") and honestly, he's just crooked. 😠

Peace be upon you... brother.

Best,

* Christianity It’s an exceptionally beautiful faith once you strip away all the dogma. I suppose there is a significant gap between what is actually written in the Bible and how the clergy chooses to interpret it. And, if I may say so, it becomes far too burdened by fairy tales, though that really only happens within those clerical interpretations. Godman It’s a meaningless concept that carries no weight... just a fairy tale, like a centaur or something similar. God is God, a pea is a pea, an ant is an ant, a human is a human, a rose is a rose, a dog is a dog, and a horse is a horse. There is no such thing as an ant-dog, nor a rose-pea, nor a god-man, nor an atom-ant, nor a centaur, nor Pinocchio. Holy Spirit As a "person," I suppose this could be seen as an attempt to mask the obvious duality within the relationship between Jehovah-Jesus. From a purely spiritual standpoint, it’s probably for the best. Holy Cross A Roman device designed for torturing and intimidating those who refuse to submit. Virgin Mary Always devoted! And forever. There—I hope that satisfies your curiosity.

Gary Patel said:I just want to say that both atheists and Christians are totally overdoing it. In their posts, they’re just as insulting to each other—honestly, what Religion has turned into over the last few months is basically just a massive shouting match between Christians, atheists, Muslims, and everyone else. There isn't any actual, normal conversation left. Everyone is just attacking and accusing one another constantly, and frankly, I'm getting sick of the Religion PDF. It's not like Christians are all saints, and atheists aren't exactly perfect either; most of the time, people aren't even actually mad at the moderators—it's just their own damn character. That's why I try to avoid Religion topics, or at least attempt to, because while the religious themes themselves are interesting, everyone involved is just incredibly hypocritical.

I’m done posting in Religion. I've had enough of everyone else—and honestly, the moderation around here is just way too soft for my liking.
Look, with this massive influx of Christian warriors lately, the moderators are too scared to actually do their jobs properly—so stuff that would get you a permanent ban on other subforums gets a slap on the wrist here. Since I tend to argue at whatever level my opponent is playing at, I somehow end up getting handed warnings way too often. It’s like some troll gets a free pass just because they're "new," while I, a total forum veteran, don't get any leeway at all. For example, I get flagged for being insulting just because I suggested someone was being dense—which, honestly, leaves enough room for error that maybe I just misunderstood them—yet certain Christian trolls can spout blatant hate speech without even getting a warning, let alone a ban for trolling or being hateful. I guess the mods just don't have the guts to hit them with the permanent ban button. Poor things.

By the way, they actually suggested me for a moderator position once before, but the forum admins shot me down. There were two main reasons: first, I probably would've been way stricter than the current crew—and second, since I'm not a Christian, those Christian fanatics would've probably gone absolutely ballistic.

Moderation around here is getting pretty chaotic—honestly, despite that huge number of declared moderators we're supposed to have, there are really only two, maybe three people actually doing anything. It’s dragging the whole Religion section right back to how things used to be on the old forum when Pollux was running the show—and let's be real, he barely had any time to properly moderate half the site anyway.

All of this is exactly why I walked away from Religion—I just don't have the patience to deal with a bunch of trolls who get slapped with nothing or tiny little warnings, while I end up taking disproportionately massive penalties. When that last moderator chewed me out, I didn't even bother appealing it, but let’s be real: it was pretty obvious that the Christian moderator didn't even give my Christian interlocutor a yellow card, even though they weren't acting any more politely than I was.

Look, I’ve got plenty of issues with how the Religion section is being moderated—including a certain level of subjectivity that rowdyhawk10 actually admitted to me in a private message—but I can tell you for sure that the problem isn't anything mentioned in those first three massive walls of text.
