White spots on my ballots

So, I woke up this morning feeling a bit of a scratchy sensation in my throat, and when I took a look in the mirror, I noticed these little white spots—almost like tiny patches of pus... I actually tried to dab them away with some Q-tips, but they just wouldn't budge. My voice hasn't gone hoarse or anything, though. . . Does anyone have any idea what might be going on? 😕

Maybe they're just canker sores... I'd suggest picking up some Orajel rinse and using that to clean your mouth. Does it hurt when you swallow?

Tonsils sit much deeper in the throat, so you aren't going to be able to spot them just by using a mirror.
It looks like you've got a nasty case of tonsillitis, likely bacterial, so you really need to get to a doctor to get a swab done and get some antibiotics prescribed.

Yeah, well, now I know they were just tonsils 😂

I went to see my doctor yesterday, and she ended up prescribing me Silapen.

My tonsils have been pretty nasty and infected lately—thankfully though, I haven't run a fever yet...
