Anyone got a lead on a tool to decode those random E-numbers, like E129, E466, whatever?
Found some old software on a dusty CD back in the day that did exactly this, but now I can't find it for the life of me.
Does anyone actually know the name of a decent program that deciphers this stuff?

Reading through all that is just exhausting. I’d much rather have a straightforward list of groceries that are packed with those nasty additives.
Does anyone happen to have a resource like that handy?

Wouldn't it be way easier to just list what's safe instead of what isn't? Everything's in there—especially those dangerous artificial sweeteners, plus all the fake colors and preservatives.

Aspartame is this multi-layered carcinogenic chemical mess used everywhere as an artificial sweetener. People have been flagging its health risks for over 20 years, and now some study by Dr. Morand Soffritti just hammered it home.
It’s in basically everything—sodas, gum, fruit yogurts, even baby food...

It's essentially a neurotoxic poison masquerading as something sweet.
This isn't some joke. Start actually reading the labels on what you're buying.
They greenlit Aspartame decades ago as a "fix" for the overweight American population, pitching it as a sugar substitute that won't pack on the pounds. But big food lobbies won't let them ban it because there's too much money in "light," "sugar-free," and all those other fake labels.

If anyone actually wants to figure out how to eat and live healthily, they should probably give this page a read:

And I don't mean just skimming a couple of sentences—read the whole thing first, then we can actually have a real discussion.

If you're looking for the definitive breakdown of food additives permitted in the States, you can find the official list documented in The New York Times, specifically within the archives from December 9, 2004, under the section covering the FDA food additive regulations.
For those who prefer a more deep-dive approach, I’d suggest perusing the full text available at this link...

I mean, I might be able to digest a couple of lines, but anyone with an IQ higher than the temperature in my living room right now isn't going to take a massive wall of text seriously.
sorry 😢

Look, I'm not trying to be rude! But seriously, what is up with vegetarians, all those fake gurus, self-proclaimed "saints," Saybabe, whatever? Is it possible that someone's making a killing by claiming everything except meat is "healthy"? And is it possible that people are overcorrecting on fatty foods just to pivot to massive amounts of GMO junk as a meat substitute? Soy, the go-to protein swap, is basically pure GMO. Scientists say modified soy has spread so much it's hard to believe there's even any non-GMO soybean left out there.
If soy is the big alternative to meat, then thanks, but no thanks. Enjoy it if you want, but please stop the propaganda before more young lives get wrecked. Those vegan kids... man, their physical and mental futures are being shot in the foot.
You gotta find balance in everything if you actually want to live a decent life.
I'm not trying to talk about radicalism on either side, but let's be real: moderate exercise is a must these days, and a diverse diet is the best way to live. Whether you're hitting the gym, sticking to plant proteins, or maybe even messing with protein supplements to bulk up, variety matters.

Honestly, whenever I encounter those delusions regarding Cassiopeians or third densities, I find myself unable to even move from the headline before I instinctively close the tab.
I am convinced that particular link leans much more toward fringe pseudoscience than actual health information.
