You're basically just fueling up on carbs, so it's no wonder the scale moved.

Try flipping the script: load up on veggies and fruit, grab some low-fat dairy like yogurt or cottage cheese, and stick to light proteins like chicken, turkey, or fish. Then see what happens! πŸ™‚ 😎

And don't forget: watch the portion sizes and stay activeβ€”even just hitting a brisk walk for 30 minutes, five days a week, makes a difference. πŸ™‚

But look, that’s the whole issueβ€”I already eat barely anything... I honestly hate eating and if I could just stop altogether, I would πŸ™„. It's not like I'm suddenly going to lose control once I start eating.
Still, I was eating way more carbs over the summer and I actually weighed less than I do now; how is that even possible, I mean, seriously? 😒

I'm leaning towards it being a joke too. Then again, sometimes that first pound is a real battle.

I don't get the obsession with asking, "Why was I thin then, but not now?"
1. You move less.
2. You eat more.
3. You're getting older, so your metabolism slows down...

Or maybe you're just fishing for us to tell you it's all genetics or a thyroid issue. If it actually is one of those things, go talk to your doctor, not a bunch of random people on an internet forum...

Honestly, I’d just point back to your very first post to answer all these questions...
