What happened to your insurance?
A few years back, going to the ER was free—I even spent a couple of days in a hospital bed and, if I recall correctly, didn't see a single bill🤔
But a few months ago, I ended up back at the ER without supplemental coverage, and I had to pay out of pocket for the exam, the scans, and the referrals😲
So, sorry, but wanderingdrifter16 is right here😉
If you're easy to deal with, they might bill you later... if you're a headache, they'll demand payment on the spot.
Now I'm stuck without insurance because, apparently, I'm a genius who forgot to report my job loss to the state.🙄
Total idiot move—I actually thought it would be logical for them to just handle it automatically.😵
