Plastic Surgery: Experiences & Pricing

I was wondering if anyone here has gone through with any kind of plastic surgery on their face or body?
Does anyone happen to know what the typical costs look like at major US plastic surgery clinics? I guess I'm looking for something like a general price list if anyone has one handy.
Also, does anyone have any actual personal experiences they could share?
