Results are in... need some help/advice.

Did three different urinalysis tests... here’s what the lab report says:

The urine sediment shows inflammatory and degenerative urothelial cells, neutrophils, red blood cells, bacteria, and sperm...

Also ran some microbiology cultures, three times total... everything came back sterile...

Can someone please make sense of all this junk showing up in my pee?

It sounds like you might have a minor infection brewing. Honestly, nothing looks catastrophic to me... seeing a few bacteria or red blood cells happens more often than you'd think. Hmm.

It’s really nothing to freak out about—it mostly just looks like some inflammation and degenerative changes (but I guess your urologist, the one who ordered all these tests, will give you the full rundown anyway)... so seriously, don't panic...
