They held off AZ before, but let's be honest, those guys got completely blindsided by that whole "small club syndrome" thing. Personally? I don't see this Aves __________ squad actually being able to trip Porto up.😉

Honestly, looking at things now, I’ve gotta say, I really think Porto has the best shot at this.

I caught him playing against Porto and let me tell you, that isn't the legendary Rui Costa we used to know. His prime ended back when he was with Milan.😉

A bit late to the party with this thread.

So, last weekend had some massive games in my book. Porto was trailing at Ferreira until the 76th minute, but they clawed back a draw to stay sitting pretty at the top.

Honestly, anything could happen since two teams get relegated—and while Aves is currently keeping their heads above water, I’m calling it now: Porto will cruise through this without breaking a sweat.

Here are a few other matchups worth watching:

1) In Romania, Steaua and Cluj are neck-and-neck for 2nd place, which is the ticket to the Champions League qualifiers. Only two rounds left.

The alumni include: Luis Figo, Simao Sabrosa, Cristiano Ronaldo, Ricardo Quaresma, and even the unproven talent Nani, who is apparently being scouted by Manchester United.

Yeah, honestly, I’ve noticed the exact same thing—all those high-caliber wide players seem to have come straight out of Sporting.🙏
As for Nani, he shows promise, sure, but he's still just messing around with the ball, kind of like how Cristiano Ronaldo used to be back in the day. He really needs someone like Ferguson to put him under some serious discipline and tighten up his game.😁
Once he actually starts playing smart and rationalizing those dribbles, he might actually turn into something special.👍

I honestly wonder why some smart manager doesn't just hire this coach for their own club?
