What foods are high in magnesium? I'm really not a fan of taking those supplements...

Maybe try some mineral water like San Pellegrino.

You’ll find the most magnesium in things like nuts, whole grains, beans, leafy greens, fish, and red meat. If you’re hitting those enough, you don't even need supplements. But if your diet is lacking... a magnesium effervescent tablet can do wonders for your body...

So it's everywhere...🙂
Time to load up on walnuts and muesli then! 🙂
Thanks! 👍

Just a heads up,
walnuts are great for you, but they're loaded with calories, so watch yourself.😍

Well, I probably won't eat too many anyway...
I don't really eat much of anything during these heatwaves... 😁

You might want to look into magnesium powder—I think it's called Direct—which actually tastes a bit like Gatorade, so you could probably just mix that into your snacks along with some walnuts to get started.

They’ve got magnesium too. But they're mostly loaded with calcium and phosphorus. Super healthy stuff.
