How do I upload images and videos to the forum?

The link itself works and points to an image (like http://hotimg23.fotki.com/p/a/89_201...2294-vi915.jpg), but the format clearly doesn't support hotlinking since it just redirects you straight to Adult Friend Finder. 😁

What browser are you running? If you're using Firefox, just right-click the funny photo and select "Copy image Location," then toss that directly into the (image) (or just use the "Insert Image" button here on Reddit)

And you'll end up with this:

Edit: Hahaha, now they've redirected that page to Adult Finder too. 😂

Whatever—just grab the image location directly from the album on the hosting site... Or maybe just upload it somewhere else entirely, like TinyPic (check these instructions)
.

uploaded some photos to Photobucket, resized them to make them smaller, but when I drop the link here, they just show up at their original size again... where am I messing up?

thanks for trying to help 🙂 honestly, I don't get it either. I tried using TinyPic and it worked fine, but I'm just too lazy since all my albums are already organized on this other site.... 🙂
People here might accuse me of spreading porn if I'm not careful 😕 😂 🤣
oh well.... images via TinyPic and links from the album, maybe that'll be okay 😉
thanks again, cheers

You're dropping a link to a website here, not an actual image.

Why can't I post pictures on the politics sub

In order to prevent this entire thing from descending into complete chaos, particularly regarding those political (supposedly "funny") caricatures appearing in the Funny photo thread, 😁
